Thanks for your content. Those amazing, funny and fresh routines are really useful.
Will definitely try to get a few sets before my climbing in or in between to check the differences. Keep it up 👍
Happy to hear that @mkayontour!
Always feel free to get back to me if you experience difficulties (:
great video!
Thank you (:
rockovers really can make or break a climb! same as "rocking" into a drop knee! thanks for all the information, as always :D
Thank you for the continual support Thomas! Curious about your climbing progress btw, are the movements making a difference?
@@thomasjesiek i have been experimenting a lot with heel and toehooks on our system board, and everything i have been doing for my hips made a huge difference! i am still only starting to incorporate your exercises though, there are so many haha! but i have your warm up ebook, and i will start incorporating more, because i am bored of my current warm up!
@climbing_thomas Sounds good! Extra exersises are great, but the best way to get better at climbing is by climbing :)
Yeah, I can understand that it's quite the overload by now. Just pick a few you like and experiment with those.
Do you currently have a certain goal you are working towards?
@@thomasjesiek yes i agree, i always focus on climbing a lot! yes i di have a goal, getting the middlesplits! i am quite close, around 5 cm away haha! and eventually a full pancake, but that is much further in the future! and another goal is strengthening my core, it is absolutely weak haha! its never held me back from climbing, but i am getting posture related tweaks and discomfort in my back, so i decided to target it a bit! how about you?
