Great insights from the channel. Initially I was using provider package, then noticed some providers are on legacy mode. I attest switching to riverpod was a necessary approach, to leverage on the provision of code generation. Besides, it will be future proof and many features of riverpod will be available via code genertion.
I'm having huge confusion over understanding what is deprecated in Riverpod. I want to use it, but I have to be honest... I might have to find a recent course in order to understand things. Also, I'm a guy who's trying to move from Provider to Riverpod (and use the modern Riverpod features).

Let me show you an example of what's simple to me but maybe difficult to others. Japanese. 僕は大器晩成じゃないから早く日本語を習いました！実は日本語能力試験二級レベルのような人です！ ↑ This isn't really to argue or make anyone feel bad. But this is to prove a point. The opinionated word "simple" isn't a fact and everyone has a different mindset. To be frank, I came from being a web dev since 2009 and it's been a painful journey for me and a lot of people who came from dynamic languages like JavaScript. Moreover, compared to JavaScript state management solutions it's so hard to keep up with state management solutions in Flutter if the majority of us don't initially have the Statically Typed + Declarative mindset to begin with. Don't you dare make such a comment without understanding the struggles of others who may be less skillful than you at this.

hi I used asyncvalue object and Future Provider in riverpod to call my login function, used ref.read to trigger that function, and how should i do if I want to wait the response from backend ? because I want to used that response to decided where I would redirect to... thanks. @@HeyFlutter
