Java, Kotlin and XML are used to build Native Android apps (apps that can run only in Android),
Flutter is based on Dart language which will be useful to build apps for Android, iOS, Web Apps, Desktop Apps, etc. with the single codebase.
If you are much familiar with Kotlin continue with it and learn KMM(Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile) using which you will be able to build apps for both Android and iOS.

I think so reference after that its on your resume and projects and interview cracking skills that's it
you need to have very good projects also learn dsa to crack interview, because company will not give you preference if you are not from technical background so you need very good projects

@@ash-de8wr you can search on any website for fresher very less opportunity in flutter. If you have connections with people so you can easily grab internship but hard for people as me who don't have connections. And I made projects not very advance but enough for getting an entry level internship.
