Curry Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe:
Ingredients:
Seasoning Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, shells removed, and deveined
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Curry Sauce & Vegetables:
1 head of broccoli, cut up
1/2 carrot, cut up
1/2 green bell pepper, cut up
1/4 onion, cut up
3 cloves garlic, diced up
1 spring thyme
1 stalk of scallion
1/4 fresh hot pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp corn starch
1 cup of water
Add salt and pepper to taste
*Serving for 2-3 people
