Shrimp broccoli (special Chinese food recipe)

Recipe: 6oz broccoli , 1oz carrots , 9oz shrimp (10 pc), Marinated shrimp : 1/2 TBSp cooking wine, 1/16 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp white pepper and 1tbsp corn starch. Sauce: 1/4tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cane sugar, 1/4 tbsp garlic and 1/4 tbsp green onion
