I love how he just keeps doing pulls with coolant blowing everywhere. Meanwhile I see one drop of any fluid and instantly shut it down. 🤣👍🏻

Can you scope all 8 cylinders and see which ones are burning cleaner? I’m curious if there’s anyway those tiny cracks between the valves could cause this issue. Truly I’ve never seen it happen before but never say never.
It would be nice to verify.
Is there any water r getting into the oil?

I had this issue with one many times. Mine ended up being the block deck wasn't straight. Another block from the pick and pay along with 7 layer btr small bores and some arp bolt that someone gave to me and never seen that issue again even up to 22psi

I have a turbocharged GTO with a 4l60 I built. It’s been holding my heavy foot since April 20, 2019. I run 22-24psi boost on my heads/cam/intake built 5.3. I built the engine, trans and the turbo kit and the whole exhaust and the muffler which is a custom stainless dual mode 3.5” outlet muffler.

is it possible you have a radiator hose kinked to hard to clear the supercharger pulley? I did that once 20 years ago.. it couldn't flow so the pump pressurized into it, went i let off it would rush back the other way and empty into the overflow lol.

Hey Matt, nice new build! Been following your builds for a dozen years and finally have my own turbo car a 6.0 LS 72 nova! lol Anyways you historically said you like using parker 801 hose for fuel lines even e85. However I think in recent years you have changed to another type of fuel line? I can't locate one of your fine videos on it. Do you still recommend parker 801 hose for fuel lines that are e85 compatible? Thanks Matt for all you do for the sloppy community you have created!!! Bob

If this keeps happening than you have boosted air, ether blow by, head gasket or something else. I had the same issue with a SBC where I could figure out why I was pushing coolant out on the high way.
Turns out mine was head gasket was leaking only under higher cylinder pressures like cruz or acceleration. There was NO OTHER SYSTEMS.

@@SloppyMechanics LOL, I had this happen with a built 283 I was churning wayyyy past 7500k and the exact same issue kept happening. An old guy from the 60's told me what to do and it totally resolved the issue. I was spinning the waterpump way too fast. Now I'm using an underdrive pulley or electric for constant drive rpm. The underdrive works but the electric works better as the rpm is the same no matter what my engine is doing (need a really good 200A+ alternator and relay wiring to handle it though. Hope you get it resolved 🙂
