    D/B+3+4 after WS 2,4 hit - Good trick but being available to be parried is quiet risk... B+4 after WS 2,4 hit is also recommended because It comes 2 frames faster than D/B+3+4 and also can be led to Big counter hit combo. Of course It will be mainly blocked but has a less risk from D/B+3+4. using both might be a good mix up.
    3,3 after D/B+3+4 hit - Good Tick but there are also another option, D/F+4 after D/B+3+4 hit. It's 1 frame faster than 3,3 so cannot be interrupted by 10 frame jab. also It's really difficult to evade with side step If you take the Hitman stance with D/F+4 after D/B+3+4 hit.
    U+3 after 4, or D+4,4 or 4,3 can be interrupted by opponent and It's interruptible frame is 15 frames. It is guaranteed to interrupt to 14 frame movements and will make mutual counter hit with 15 frame moves. But because of this, the movement : 3 after 4,3 or D+4,4,3 exists. It will ignore and counter hit every attempt to interrupt before U+3. Yes, It's a mix-up.
    + U+3 after 4, or D+4,4 or 4,3 cannot be evaded by single side step. but can be evaded with side walking to any direction. So Any player who knows Lee well will try to evade the U+3 with side walking. But 3 after 4,3 or D+4,4,3 even prevents the opponent to do any side steps. So It's quiet considerable mix-up with U+3.
    B+4's Disadvantage is -3 frame. But this can be changed by the distance to the opponent. when it gets blocked in the just front of opponent, It gets disadvantage of -3 frame. But When It gets blocked at the distance of .... more than 2.15? (It's a number seen in frame data) It's disadvantage will be -2 frame. It's a distance that jabs, (1 or 2) High Kick (4 and extensions), D+3 can't reach the opponent but F+3 can. But of course Lee can just take the Hitman Stance from B+4. It will guarantee to decrease It's disadvantage to -2 frame.
    + To say, U+3 after 4, or D+4,4 has a even smaller disadvantage than B+4. It's disadvantage is -1 frame(U+3 after 4,3 has a -9 frame disadvantage). So 2,2,3 can be a good option after this disadvantage because It can be interrupted only by 10 frame movements and will cause the cross-counter hit from 11 frame moves. 2,2,3 has a guaranteed hit to the last 3 when the first 2 is counter hit and also will make the opponent to wall splat. But of course, the players who knows Lee well will try to interrupt it with their 10 frame jab or other skills. but man.... I had never seen a 10 frame Kick movement in Standing from Tekken. It means You can Parry these jab attempts with B+1+2. Now It becomes another mix-up. of course the opponent can just crouch after U+3. But Lee can just do the U/F+4 or do nothing. U+3 has no punish.
    And There's another option of using D+3 to hitman stance after U+3. It's the movement that will counter any jab attempts after U+3 to interrupt the 2,2,3. Since D+3 can launch the combo from counter hit, It's not a bad choice. But Still parrying with B+1+2 is also good because It can also parry the Middle movements that is trying to interrupt the D+3.
    At the situation of +1 frame advantage, I think 4,3,4 or 4,4 is much better option to do the counter hit than F+4,3 or F+4,1. Both can be ducked at the first movement..... But 4,3,4 or 4,4 will let the Lee to do more damaging combo than F+4,1. F+4,3 doesn't even launch the combo unless It's a counter-hit at the second move only. But 4,3,4 will launch the fine damaging combo at the first hit on the ground. F+4,1 doesn't launch the combo when It's just a hit on the ground whether It's a counter hit or not. Wall Splat? 4,3,4 will carry the opponent to the wall even higher.
    Sway 4 is launch punishable only to some characters. It's disadvantage at block is -13 frame. And It has a good advantage of +3 frame when It hits. So It gives a chance to do another frame trap. 4,3,4 is my favorite after Sway 4 hit.

      Another option is to use u/f 3,4 after d/b 3+4. It's a natural combo that knocks down and can be picked up with b3,3 while also safe on block. You can visually see if it hits before you finish the string too.
      Edit: 4,3,4 is barely safe at -9, so Lee's turn is effectively over. If you throw 2,2,3 right after, it will come out at what, 15-16 frames? Assuming 2-3 frames of neutral for the opponent to react, Lee is still left at quite the negative frame. So maybe either he stays put and block or parry if you have a hard read on a jab
