    Poetry in Motion... You can literally see the fatigue set in on the defense, the confusion of the linebackers 😜😜🎯 Ground and pound , and when you went to the Air attack it was totally unexpected 💯🎯✅ Bravo Bravo 👏🏿

    From 2009 to 2012, I ran this offense in youth football. It is demoralizing to the opposing team. Like a Boa Constrictor squeezing the life out of it's prey, the DW will exhaust your opponent as the game goes on. Loved it! Easy to setup and for the kids to execute. One day in the beginning, I pulled a minivan on the field for teaching the wedge concept for the O line to push so they could gain confidence. Of course I had it off and in neutral, they pushed it around. That was a confidence builder for them. I only wished the the guys would have been able to run it throughout their HS career because the DW is like a fine wine getting better over time. Coach Cox and other coaches from California and Texas have some good stuff for implementing the DW at any level. LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR! Good video. An opponent can watch and game plan against it, but can't stop it when run right. When the box gets loaded, sweep it or throw a couple play action passes and the box will loosen right up. Run it till the opponent stops a particular play, then COUNTER!

    I remember running this offense in high school. You can literally see the defense getting worn out and beaten down. Highlight for me was a 99 yard 19 play drive in a league game against a school that my best friends two cousins played for.

    Greatest Offense in History, at least as a power and mis direction under center offense.

    Absolutely love this video. The team in white looks bigger in the trenches & they have what appears to be good acceleration off the ball. The black & purple team however plays fairly tough & does a good job executing. I’m guessing they won or at least kept the score close. Either way I’m looking to use this offense with my youth team.

      Does not succeed without a good offensive line. It all starts in the trenches, I've seen teams try to run this and get smashed.

    The ultimate 3 yards and a cloud of dust. Bye the way, 3x4=12. No one seems to believe that in football.

    Interesting mix -- lots of things you don't usually see, or don't see so prominently, in Markham-style double wing. So much criss-cross counter! Rocket and rocket pass. Toss runner cutting far inside of the QB's path -- a lot like the Wyatt version.

    They seem to struggle. The Qb is too slow. The team isn’t fast enough to run that offense. Plus it looks like you took the offense apart a little. Motion should be ok almost every play

    This offense is great until you play a decent team

    • @CaptainPajamaPants

      That's the dumbest critique ever. You could say that about any offense. Air Raid? Good until you play a good team. Read option? Good until you play a good team. Wing-T? Good until you play a good team. It is all about installing a system that works for your team and making sure that you coach your players well.

      @@VeoThon1 I mean, every offense has wrinkles that you add in. Look at the other videos this guy has. Shotgun double wing, pass plays, QB keeps. You can mix it up however much you want.

    Glad this offense is only practiced in highschool and certain colleges. Sending your QB out on a blocking scheme?? That's 70's football, hate to say it

    • @goodmaro
      @goodmaro 8 місяців тому

      If you have the kind of QB who's suited to it, why not? Don't think "quarterback", think "football player". I coached a system (sidesaddle T) where on half the plays the QB doesn't even touch the ball.

    • @squintohighlights
      @squintohighlights 3 роки тому

      @@codislife3095 what about your receivers and quarterbacks? Sure, wing t offenses are great for running backs. However, colleges are scouting players for their systems. Most colleges run the spread or a variation of option. You will not see receivers being recruited for blocking nor quarterbacks for handing the ball off. Additionally, the o line will have limited film of pass blocking.
