Great job! Only differences in my planting method:
- I like to do a deep watering with an open hose before mulching (even after rain) to remove air pockets
- Love top dressing with compost, but I also add a cup of granular Azomite
-I also spray the leaves with liquid seaweed, to give a potassium boost to prevent transplant shock
