I still have "Remove BG" on my Capcut (free version). Try updating yours and if you still don't have it, please try other free editing apps like VN (if you're using your phone)
First, I think you should use enough light to film the video to make sure there are no shadows. Secondly, try as much as you can to make sure your background is not busy. Thirdly, try not to move your body or hands too much in the video. I hope these will be helpful.
A few things need clarification. The maker of this video is oblivious to the fact that the relight option has been taken away from the free android and ios versions of the capcut and is only available as pro feature in capcut for PC and Mac. While she claims that her version has still the free relight option while all others in the comments section say that dont have this option ( which is obvious as the capcut software makers have taken this option away from free android and ios versions), it means that the lady has been using a pro version or a moded version on android. So those of you, who want this effect, do this on capcut for pc or mac on your desktop/laptop and then don’t export the video. Rather, after doing all editing, play the video in full screen and screen record it and then trim the edges slightly.
I've just uploaded a video that shows exactly how to find the relight option on Capcut Mobile and to disprove this particular comment and I do hope you check it out, here's the link ua-cam.com/video/T-R-bdl4_t4/v-deo.htmlsi=gzsgOQGKjQKOxhxE
