Right on, that’s cool you’ve got comms for you and the wife! I appreciate you having them hooked up, so we can whole conversation. Nice to bring the daughter with you all so she can have some fun! Yes, I agree. Cool riding though there with the tall pines. Look like a fun ride for you guys. Yup good thing your ramps were still there LOL
Yup, KC! The comms sure are nice. We have three now, and Olivia's helmet is all wired up. She was pretty quiet on our last ride, but it was nice to have her in on the conversations. We have a solution for the ramps on the trailer now. It came with big heavy ramps, but we took them off because they were too wide for the machines. All we did now was get a solid bar so we can slide the ramps in and out to accommodate the ATVs now. Works awesome. I'll have to do a video on those one day. It's pretty clever, haha. Thanks for checking out the video! Appreciate the comments and compliments.
Thanks, buddy! It was her first trip out, off the property on an ATV. She did pretty good. We did another later in the year that I'll get on editing sometime this winter. But she seems to enjoy being outdoors, so I hope we can keep encouraging her to come along for some adventures.
Yup, buy another set so Olivia can get in on the conversation too.😉We want to hear her perspective!!!!! 7:45 - LOL - and this is why we buy comms, so we can catch these conversations and insights from little people. Priceless Olivia! 14:20 - I agree! I bought a pair of those Fiskar pruners last year and love them! 19:00 - I love that your wife said that. It's awesome to see couples & families get out together. Especially kids. My dad introduced me to nature when I was a young lad and it was the best gift he ever gave me. 24:58 - hahaha! that is such a nasty smell! - LMAO! - but good job on showing Olivia, dad! AWESOME! Thanx for taking us along buddy!
Thanks, Q! I look forward to using these on more and more rides. I'm not sure I could go back. In fact, a few weeks ago, I went with some others who didn't have them, and it felt kinda weird. Spoiler Alert - we already have a third communicator for Olivia. It's already wired up, and I look forward to editing that first trip using all three when I eventually get to it. I am on my second pair of the Fiskars. They work well and make for a quick clean-up. Yup, gartersnake musk is unique, to say the least, lol. I grew up with snakes, other reptiles, and amphibians. So I'm used to it, haha. Good on your dad, showing you the ropes. Those are memories that you obviously cherish, I hope my kids cherish these moments when they're older, too! Thanks for the comment and checking out the video. Appreciate it.
@ElevationATV We have a 350 and my little guy is 7. He really struggles without the foot pegs. I want to get some of the coms that you have I was looking at some the other day. Your video made me look a little closer. I really liked the video.
@Mr.BigRigGuy1989 Thanks, man, I appreciate it. I really couldn't justify the cost of the high-end ones right away. These were inexpensive but had decent reviews, so we figured we would give them a try. I do notice that they don't quite have the range that I was expecting, but normally, we're not riding too far apart anyway, so its not really an issue. When we get back into range, they do connect back up with no issues (as seen in the video and the next few trips afterward). They're easy to use, and they last a whole day of riding on a single charge. I even left them on during our last ride the whole day, which was pretty cold, and they held the charge. Even kept them on during our hour + lunch break. My buddy has the newer version (G16, I think?). It paired up fine with mine... they're worth the investment. I Subscribed to your channel. Thanks for the watch, comment, and compliments.
@ElevationATV Thanks man I subscribed to yours aswell keep up the great videos. Thanks for the info I'll deffintely look into the ones you have. Thanks again
Reminds me of my 400 cat had my boy with me same kind seat every trip for yrs . Then the b.c gov made those seats illegal to use has be a proper two up atv here now .😢

Very nice to see you doing some trail maintenance as well.
All riders on the trail will greatly benefit from it.
Thanks! Always clear what I can.
Another great video and nice to hear you chatting with your family. Better than just making you talk to yourself all the time lol!!
Yeah, I never really liked just talking to myself, haha. This will be much more enjoyable.
Thanks for checking out the video!
what a cool ride. Glad Olivia had a great time!!!

@@ElevationATV way cool…. Look forward to the family ATV outing and first camp!!!!
@johnk7093 Me too! Would love to take the kids' backcountry camping. As long as they can un-plug for that long, lol!!

You could use foot pegs for your little one. I have some for my little guy he loves them. They help with them sliding around.
We thought about leg stirrups, and we still might consider it. Even on the new touring model, her legs just dangle.

Send me that info for your set up communication device bud. This way I don’t have to yell at the wife all the time lol.
Hey buddy, I got them on Amazon. I think it was around $220 for the pair? B4FM-10. I will send you the link on Messenger.
Reminds me of my 400 cat had my boy with me same kind seat every trip for yrs . Then the b.c gov made those seats illegal to use has be a proper two up atv here now .😢
Yeah, can be dangerous. We were on relatively flat trail, low speed. There is a legal two-up in the family now for future rides.
