Just a little curious are you spritzing the tops of your soaps with a high percentage Isopropyl alcohol? And Ellen over at Ellen Ruth Soaps steams the tops of her soaps after the cure and before she cut bars with a clothe steamer...I 've tried it and it works pretty well!!!...Just a lil sum sum that maybe you could try.

After this batch I started soaping at a higher water discount so I haven’t had the issue as much. These were sprayed but maybe I sprayed too soon. Thank you for the tips, I’ll have to check her page out
