he’s the type of person I want to be. not bc of the money but his drive, his selflessness, his love for family. It makes me realize all the things i’m not, his parents raised a good man!
didn’t know who thach nguyen was before this episode, i was thinking about not watching this episode because of that reason, but i’m so glad i did. honestly the best podcast episode i’ve seen and it was super inspiring. thanks for puttin me on bart and geo and i’ll be looking out for more of his content!
Seen this guy on insta few times but didn’t think much of it, now that I learned his story I respect him so much 🙏🙏🙏 everyone def needs to soak up information from this guy
This guy became a role model for me after meeting him at a high school summer leadership program back in 2010. So happy to see Thach having conversations with Bart and Geo! I've learned so much from this group of three, and seeing these worlds collide is so crazy.
@@ThachNguyen thach, your story about your father is exactly what im going through, my father came from lao with 8 siblings and we got sponsored. im no where near your level of success but i hope to one day bring happiness just as you have to your family. big inspiration
@@DuMaMayDewLay wow and that’s what inspire me to go out there and dream big and be fearless and chase after my goals ans dreams bc when I hit it he be proud and I will have money to take him and my mom anywhere. I did that for years so when he die I said at least he had a good life when he was alive
There’s something about the ethnic story about trying to take care of your family that always gets me. It reminds and humbles me despite the progress we make, remember to take care of those around you. For me it’s showing my siblings the best ways to allocate their money and paying for family dinners. I’d rather teach them than just give them and you can see the shift in mindset they have in themselves. Thank you for the great podcast and Thach for always sharing the great stories and knowledge.
Thach is such an incredible person. He reminds me a lot of my mom. My mom migrated from Vietnam two days before he had to leave with an almost identical situation. Except Thach is doing his real estate on a higher level. My family owns over $30 million in real estate in Orange County. My parents came to America with less than $5 in their pocket. They got sponsored by an amazing American family when they got here. That family took care of us gave us some money clothes and shelter for 6 months until my parents were able to get on their feet while having 5 children. Long story short to this day my parents have been taking care of their sponsors and even paid off their house for them after my mom started to invest into real estate 30 years ago. Instead of selling her properties and paying taxes on everything she would just put the money into a 1031 exchange and buy more property. Now she has more properties than I can count. I watch Thach all the time and I can’t wait to join his team on springboard!
This podcast hit me right at a perfect timing in my life! I myself am a 25 year old Real estate agent/Entrepreneur mindset individual and most importantly father of 2 and a family man. My 2 years of realestate was a life test for me definitely had my ups and downs but no matter how much I got knocked down I got back up and will continue too. My exact goal right now is what you have already accomplished Thach! Retiring my pops and mom and provide for my whole family. Yesterday I sat down with my coach to establish a game plan and I’m ready to crush it in 2022. Also showing love from Tacoma, WA. Geo and Bart I’ve been watching your growth since Uncle Sam lol. I look up to you all! One day I’ll be successful enough to sit down and do a podcast with you all. Quote me on it! Wishing for much blessings and successes to come your way! 🙏🏼💪🏼
This is the type of podcast that kids need to hear nowadays. They don't know how lucky they are. I grew up hearing stories how my grandma with 7 kids fled China to Hong Kong during the Japanese/China War. My father and 2 eldest uncles carried whatever they packed, while may grandma carried my aunt on her back with 2 kids on her side. These are the kind of stories I will be passing on to my kids.
I was waiting for this episode ever since I saw he IG post! Man this was incredible, Mr. Nguyen is very inspirational. So much valuable jewels were dropped here for us to pick up and implement in our lives. Hope to see him back on the pod next year, Thank you guys!
Crazy. It's 4am. When he speaks, it feels like he's only using words that are necessary. Makes everything he says really empowering. I see how could sell houses.
This one had me in tears 😢 at one point. And it's very inspirational 🙏. Thank you Bart and Geo, I really love the new podcasts and every time I can not wait for the next one.
One of my favorite moment this year is bumping into him at the mall during my visit to Seattle! Hi, Thach! I’m the girl from Louisiana, I was with a few of my friends. I still love watching your videos!
Thach, thank you for your words of wisdom. I always saw your viral vids and thought you were just a random guy in real estate. You're much more than that. Thank you for sharing your story!
As an aspiring agent, this podcast was the perfect watch. I’ve seen thach around IG and Tiktok but never knew about his come up. If you have a deadly work ethic, success is inevitable.
The best guest so far so inspirational and so real!!!!you guys need more guest like this we can relate to and feel empowered..Damn his dad past away in the 90s but his luv for his dad is still strong that he is still in tears when mentioning him . Such a good story!!
Love all the guest you'll had. But this one hit me the most. My parents fled Vietnam in 79 while my mom was pregnant with me. And losing my mom to cancer 5 years ago. Thanks for introducing me to Thach
This guy is a inspiration for me. Hes really got me into real estate and start investing in real estate. I'm actually about to become a real estate agent myself and build up my capital and becoming just like him owning rentals. He's vietnamese just like me, and it gives me hope that if there's a vietnamese out there that's a self made millionaire I think I can do it too. I do understand all the struggles and poor that hes gone thru and wants to live a nice better life, and that's the same for me I want to live better too, in a nice house, drive nice car, and comfortable life who wouldn't want that. Thach you're a inspiration for all the Vietnamese out there man. I would love to cross paths with you one day when I become a real estate agent.
Love this episode so much! This might be the first podcast episode (of all of the podcasts I listen to) I'm playing on repeated. Especially when you need that extra push. This really resonated with me. Thanks you so much for this! ❤❤❤
This was awesome yall!! I really appreciate y’all Bart & Gio. Thach your the man! Thank you for the inspirational story. Wishing everyone here success and true happiness.💯☘️
So happy Thach is getting all the recognition he deserves…definitely feel like he blessed your show and us with his story…This man’s core values are what a lot of ppl should strive for…. Great fkn episode
Got my respect 🙏. Especially when I saw your nose turn red with them tears. Everything was true and genuine as your speak about your and struggles. You help remind me to keep believing hope and dreams. I have my own visions and mine is on the right path. I have to keep pushing myself to give my best and put all my heart and efforts in it. I know I will succeed and step outside the box. Thanks for the reminder 34 and i shall reach my vision before am 40.
WOW!!! Wow wow wow! Now that is the definition of “ started at the bottom, now I’m here” whatever that saying is lol. Definitely love Mr. Nguyen’s way of raising his sons. 100% agree! You have to let them learn and do it on their own. If not, they will never learn. I applaud you! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻definitely one of the greatest story I’ve listened too. Wow! & Geo & Bart: thank you for this podcast!
So I am from a third world country, belonged to slums, trying my best for the past 10 years to just make it. And honest to God as I am progressive and close to first milestone of achievement, its getting tougher and tougher, I have lost my friends, got no family and its non stop grind. So I feel his every single word. Best Podcast ever!!
