i think you should mod this version of the game since i personaly think 9a is the second best looking version of ssf2 aside from beta (+ i'd love to see my main[marth] as a complete character in 9a)
If someone didn't know, Marth throws a Getsuga Tenshou on his B Special, because some characters use other ones as a base then modifies the attack and all completely.

Heck, even v0.8b haves XP Slots.
McLeodGaming left some real stuff unused.
