  • PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS MEDITATION UNLESS YOU HAVE 30 FULL MINUTES TO GIVE TO IT.
This episode features one of the foundational meditations of Tantrik yoga. 'Reposing in the Silent Ground' invites you to relax into a posture of wakeful serenity, encouraging deeper, slower breaths that ease you into comfort. In this practice we allow the perceived center of consciousness to descend from the head to the heart's base, fostering a sense of self anchored in the heart space. This technique aids in cultivating a more profound connection with our innermost being.

So beautiful. I felt I lost my sense of body and was merged with the silent stillness. Thank you once again ❤

This has become one of my favorite morning guided meditations. Christopher guides us so gently, beautifully, and clearly to repose in the silent ground where I melt into non doing and non-being. When I come out, I bring with me that profound silence that's there all the time. Thank you Christopher Hareesh.

Highly effective.. brilliantly done, the sound was good too. Please don’t overproduce these meditations, the microphone proximity and detail added authenticity..

    Hareesh,
Cannot explain what I felt after the practice. It is profound.
One small suggestion is to remove the final clip of explaining about Tantra illuminated. If you end with Om and the mediation ends with silence. It will enhance and dissolves the boundary that you are listening to some video.

    🙏❤ Hareesh..
Have you ever given consideration to the idea that "dance" (ecstatic ritual rhythmic movement) and "hiking" (intentionally spending time in nature) are actually two modernized forms of "Goddess worship" simply re-interpreted into a modern social context?
These are both externally meaningless "ritual" activities, but internally can be extremely meaningful.
I know I'm probably the last one to realize this because it seems obvious to me.
    🙏
