Thank you for being honest. The administration wants smiling nurses, and quality care but their greed is counter productive. I would love to see the administration do what nurses do, for the pay we get. I guarantee they couldn't handle it. Then I would ask them to explain why it is expected of us to work under these ridiculous conditions. Any admin up for the challenge????
Hospitals are short staffing even the lowest paid positions in EVS. The place I work for has been getting more and more dirty every new boss that comes in because for some reason each new boss thinks they have to make cuts to suck up to someone up stairs.

As a dialysis clinic manager- we are always short staffed as well. Making the monthly schedule is always horrible.
