I can't figure out the part at 0:53, it just doesn't sound right. I'm doing Jim Root's part (bottom guitar)
It's basically:

If you're jamming over original track without adjusting the pitch then yes, otherwise no.
Maybe accentuate the 3rd string more? The 2nd string is like harmony(?) part I think.
