The government seems that they are concerned only about some funds to full their pocket. They haven't called for dental recruitment exam for around 10 yrs in tamilnadu. Yes, they conduct some interview for temporary 11months dentist job , but thats not fair only they pretend to bribe for those temporary jobs. Though the salary is very less for dentist even if they have post graduate degree in their hand. If a student complete his degree, only self employment is possible nowadays. From the government side, central or state some exams are to be conducted every year,like they do for other departments . And to be filled up in honest manner. No one is bringing up these kind of issues to the society. Not only for healthcare, but for all profession .,If number of colleges and seats are being increased, the employment should be increased in fairness .
