We think the best feature about this drone is definitely the long flight time! Not long ago, just last year in fact, it was very rare to find a drone well under $100 that would fly even a portion of this flight time, let along 15 solid minutes or more! Paired with that great flight time is a very nice optical flow positioning camera and altitude hold, making this drone extremely easy to fly for pros and beginners alike. Six years I had no idea you both have been doing this for so long, no wonder your both so good. I had told you both about a medical condition I have from a stroke and I think your right I might be able to purchase one and fly it. My eye hand coordination is a bit off along with my left side such as my left hand - arm somewhat numb but I could always have my wife or my youngest grandson at 15 help me. I just can’t believe how much less they cost and hoe technology has advanced so fast. Thanks so very much, Cheers

I would definitely go with the Syma. I personally don't have any interest in ground vehicles but I know there are a lot of people out there that do. Out of the 100 plus channels I have followed in the past 4 years you guys are still my go-to on reviewing a product without trying to sell it for the manufacturer. I hope you guys never have to sell out to make it big. Keep up the good work!

I have that drone it's the sc900 folding drone it flies for 22 minutes Non-Stop and does have GPS on it if you want a very inexpensive drone for $55 this one is the right one for you

As far as your phone goes Abby u need to clean your cache and go to settings and clear cache on all your apps and male sure some of your apps are turned off and when you run a toy grade Wi-Fi drone you can turn data off to fly. See if that helps

Love your channel I think I watch every video I have the hubsan 501ss drone standard and pro I have a eachine58 drone and my mavic air love them all I more about wanna see how far they can go and speed and flight times wonder if they'll ever make a fpv rc car thinking about either adding a spark or a mavic pro or a zino to my collection

9:06 I dislike the omission of on-board SD card, because most of the time the video saved on the card is better quality than the transmitted video saved on the phone. 13:52 Optical flow is trickling down to inexpensive drones. Soon it will be as common as altitude hold.
I like the Syma brand when it comes to flight control. I have seen a delay from controller to drone in the cheaper brands. I have the Syma X5c-1 and also love the jjrc h31 a lot.

I would love to see a review and speed/bash test of the Redcat Terremoto 10 V2. I have had one for a few months now and loved every second of run time! I believe that the double decker chassis and the steering mechanisim make it a unique and interesting truck.

Not sure the longer flight time (12-18 mins) is worth the long charge time (5 hours?!?!?). Would likely go with the Syma myself.
Love my Syma x5c1, over 150 flights. Nothing has been replaced. Removed the prop guards and camera. Indestructible drone. Planning on getting the Bugs 2c, usually on sale for $90 Canadian. That is a great drone, not interested in video quality. 😃

Doing the "V" for Victory sign to take a photo makes me wonder if this is made in Japan rather than China. That is a very Japanese thing to do. My son taught English to Japanese students when he was in college, and went to Japan numerous times to teach English and "every" group photo most the people were doing the "V" for Victory sign.
Hmm, that's very possible, and interesting! That's really cool what your son taught, guessing he is bilingual? I have always wish I could fluently speak at least two languages.

I think you should really test which area it is that has the disturbance, since it seems easily to get to anyway...
I'd say those cameras are from phone cameras manufacturers old stock being used in a different outlet.
The syma can't turn the camera angle though.

I still have snow! must be nice. Time and distance for me. I live next to a RR track that goes thru a swamp. There are coyotes,bobcats and deer that roam the area. Love to see what goes on. What would you suggest for a drone? love the popeye!
I just this moment (while watching this) got a reply from Gearbest. They changed the XK X520 to a Bugs 8 Pro. Now they tell they show it was delivered. I never received anything. So, thanks anyway y'all. I'm not a fan of Gearbest. They take forever and they sometimes just don't send things (or they think they do but you don't get them).
Hi Nate and Abby i would go for Syma drone ,F196 takes far to long for the battery to charge .Also the brushed motors may be a concern for running so long (burn out) . Plus it looks like sg900 drone
I use an iPhone 6 for drone stuff and it's laggy . I think you need to upgrade to a 7s or better. To have a phone just for drone stuff is a great idea. I'm thinking of getting an ipad mini dedicated to drone stuff.

Have you guys messed with any RC motorcycles? I'm really not even sure what is currently available in that market. Just kinda tossing that out there as an idea. A long time ago, I had an RC Harley, and that thing was a lot of fun.

Not sure if it was the camera on the F196 or the app, but the screen recording was really blue - the shadows and neighbors'' roofs especially.

Just another toy drone..Great to see popeye in the video..Abby have you taking off all video and photos off you phone, that could have something to do with it being slow, just clogged up....But you might have to buy a new phone..But like you Nate I think phones should last longer..I still use a flip phone..I do have a smart phone for drones, but my everyday phone is a flip

Nice drone. Popeye 🐶 had fun.🎉🎉🎉. Won't buy a video drone unless it has a dedicated screen. Video was ok. Syma, most indubitably. YOU should do a lighthouse,not a big stick. Lighthouses guide saylors safely home.
