The song is conveying Lan Zan's feelings towards Wei Ying so it is preferable for a male to sing it. When a female sings it,it is more like listening to the song from a third person. I love HITA. She is a talented singer with a pleasant voice to listen to. But this is a song Lan WangJi composed for Wei Wuxian. It's his thoughts and innermost feelings. All that he wanted to convey, but couldn't. No one can express that than himself...
I have considered making a video with the duet version. The thing that stops me however, is that I like to match the scenes with the lyrics so that a story is being told. But if I do that, I'm going to end up with an identical video, just with a different cover of the song. So, for the moment, I've put that on hold. Unless, inspiration says otherwise.....

Também há WangXian (versão do drama de áudio ), que é cantado por Wu En e Yu Xia. E, claro, há WuJi (versão do drama), que é um dueto cantado por Wang Yibo (quem agiu como Lan WangJi) e Xiao Zhan (quem agiu como Wei Wuxian).
