My favourite ever cupcake recipe. Some recipes just say "mix all ingredients in a bowl" but this one give you detailed instructions in which order and how to mix which ingredients and it makes *such* a difference!

I tried these today and they turned out pretty good. Thanks for the recipe! Also, to anyone reading this: just so you know, these cupcakes don't come out very sweet. They only have a subtle sweetness, so they're perfect for frosting or for people who don't like too much sweetness. Happy baking! :)

i love how she does both C and F and Grams and Cups cause im european and dont know how much F or cups is worth, otherwise i would have to go on and search it all up, so this is much better
because it would be SO hard to look something up on google, right?

Hi Stephanie, I LOVE your videos. one thing I do when the batter is done, is to pour it into a measuring cup, then pour it into the muffin pans. I find this much easier.
Yes, it has a very nice flavor even if you leave out the lemon zest.
