Probably the greatest prime minister we never had
THE greatest prime minister Britain never had.
John Smith was a great leader
And 30 years later...
When I was a child they used to say that Rab Butler was the best PM we never had - don’t think so since then. John Smith was the best PM this country never had. A fine Christian man of principle and moral integrity beyond repute. Such a great, sad loss to his family and our country.
A bright man, would have made a great PM.
When people were talking logic not avoidance!
Gordon Brown looks so young wtf
He was in his early 40s at that time.
Yeah. Aging. Ain't it a bitch?
Rinse and repeat.
Politics never fails to heal oneself
Bargaret Meckett
Damn.
Children behaved themselves better back then.
Best prime minister we never had. RIP John Smith.
wonder if John Smith would have invaded Iraq????
Boom and bust
Some things never change, still exactly the same today. Same old Tories.
