Exactly the same exercises that I use. They are fantastic! I go for 3x15 rep per excercise. After that the burn is fantastic! :) Thanks for a great video!

The Burns are the Essence of Bodysculpting... especially Bi & Tri

@@fitnessfreedomathletes 1985 Natural Mr America (now 72 and in shape), saith thus: SQUEEZE THE HELL OUT OF BOTH BI & TRI... OTHERWISE YOU CAN NOT HAVE THE ARMS I HAVE ON MY PIC... MY LAST ADVICE: YOU MUST TORMENT THESE MUSCLES, AND NEITHER UNDER- NOR OVER- TRAIN THEM... THEY ARE SMALL, BUT "MUST BE PUNISHED" -- THERE IS NO OTHER WAY !!

    Hey up Adam lad.
Great to see as always been using TRX and your channel and seeing some very satisfying improvements
Just shared the routine with a couple of guys who work the back country tracks here in NZ and they are looking at taking them out to work with them when staying out in the bush.

Thanks for your comment Roy! Hope you're well. That's awesome, spread the Fitness Freedom possibilities. I'm actually quite jealous of them being able to train in nature out there. Double the well-being benefits.

The classic Arnold Schwarzenegger twist for suspension straps. Nice.

I honestly did not know Arnie did that. He was the master of mind-muscle connection so it doesn't surprise me. Thanks for the knowledge!

I´ve noticed such an improvement by taking this approach when training. Almost a year with my TRX now and you´ve been quite helpful, I´m not just pulling or pushing things anymore but focusing on isolating and feeling the muscle. Ultimately I feel like I know my body way better now.
BTW do you usually make these exercises with the same inclination as in the videos or you just make it easy to show us?

That's really awesome to hear, I'm glad they've been useful. Yes this is pretty much exactly how I execute the exercises. Intensity is secondary to mindful muscle-connection.

Hey man! I have this problem… I seem to always feel like in all bicep exercises my forearms are doing way more work… Even in the curls, i try to bend my wrists vbut i still feel like my forearms get engaged too much, and hurt the growth of my biceps… It’s like how you showed that the top part of the forearm gets engaged in the last exercise, but i seem to even get that on my curls :( Any tips?

Twist your wrist at the top of the curl so your pinky goes up and thumb goes down, stay in that squeeze position at the top for 4 seconds. Your face should look like you're giving birth. Then you will feel and see growth.
