Hey Ya'll! It's warming up here in KY! Lot's more outdoor activities mean less time for me in the kitchen. But, I have a solution and it happens to be one of Charlie's favorites... Tuna Salad!
It's a quick, easy recipe with a couple added ingredients. Hope you like...
Here's My Quick and Easy Tuna Salad with a twist!
4 Cans Of Tuna
4 Eggs (Diced)
1/2 Medium onion (Diced)
4 Dill Pickle Spears
1/2 Cucumber (Diced)
1/2 Cup of Dukes Mayonaise (or to taste)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Mix it all up and throw it on some bread or toast OR wrap it up in some lettuce for a healthy tuna salad wrap!

Looks great I used to like regular tuna but I only eat the albacore tuna my taste has changed so much but I will try it with the albacore
We like albacore as well. I totally get taste changes … lol If you try this, let us know what you think. The cucumber just gives a fresh cool flavor. It’s really good the next day after it has time to soak up the cucumber flavor.
