Sedgwick County Zoo plans new elephant exhibit

Elephants of the Zambezi River Valley will be the third largest elephant exhibit in the United States when it opens - barring any delays - at the Sedgwick County Zoo in two years. (Courtesy video used by permission)

Thankfully, this zoo now has six elephants (five females and one male). They arrived from Swaziland in order to escape a drought. This zoo will be the important part of their survival as long as they eat and drink as well as bath themselves in the waters with their trunks.

Seriously? Animal rights activists call THIS "tiny" and "confined"? They should look at their "tiny" and "confined" mindset of "leaving elephants in Africa" and realize that that's not realistic.
