    Short sweet and to the point! 👍I like the idea of hitting a given mileage for several weeks, really “mastering it”, before increasing it. As a new-ish runner in the 2nd category you described (keen, did too much too soon, got hurt) this seems like a more sensible approach than the oft-touted “10% per week” rule.
