I made a lot of these mistakes myself when I started which made me progress A LOT slower then I could have, so hopefully you can learn from some of my mistakes :)
SALT same here. Especially spreading myself too thin. I’m getting Yaga tomorrow so I’m 59 days in and have almost 20lv 50’s that I’ll probably never use and only working on my 3rd lv60. Big mistake. >.

this is what you will need to get your 3 star rare starter to 6 Stars:
5 Five Stars
to get 5 Five Stars you need
5 four stars fully leveled to upgrade and 20 Four Stars as food
to get 20 four Stars you need
20 four stars fully leveled to upgrade and 60 three stars as food
to get 60 three stars (especially if you dont wanna use rares)
60 three stars fully leveled to upgrade and 120 two stars as food
and if you wanna be truly hardcore and only use commons
120 commons fully leveled to upgrade and 120 commons as food
If I worked only half as hard in my job, I would have been rich by now.
made a mistake, its 20 THREE stars (not four) and 60 TWO Stars (not three). Still takes ages though.

The last tip is true to a tee. I've been granted several heros that, although they may not be no 6* Legendarys, they are champions which I know fer a fact I will not sacrifice fer anyone. I love them too much.

Hey salt do you do account checks for people to see if they have a proper set up for certain things? I haven’t been playing long and I have gotten lucky with about 7 legendaries and I didn’t know that I had some of the better epics and rares and I used them for food :/

It's really hard to know which characters are going to be good, if you've never played a game like this before. I have dozens of level 50s I never use, and some of the ones that I ended up taking further were because after a year of playing without reading anything on the internet, I was surprised to find which champions were more useful and which weren't. I'd thought Wretch and Crimson Slayer were so cool for months, and sacrificed many many Apothecaries and Kaels. Now I know more about how to play, and I'm paranoid about sacrificing anything, because either some shitty-looking champion turns out to be amazing in certain ways (Frozen Banshee, Bulwark), or they're vital for some fusion later. It's all part of casual gaming, rather than just collecting and doing what people tell you to do.
Hi I’m new to raids and I’m a free to play person. I have been pulling a lot of rares and I don’t know who to focus and who to have in my team comp. they all look good but at the same time I’m doing so terribly
Great video and information.... as a player that's been playing for 3 days... I'm now confused AF.. I have two champs at 40 and I'm stuck. I have a bunch of fodder that die in one hit and can't get past the 6th stage so boe im grinding champ levels to beat the stage.

for masteries you can spend 800 gems outright or use 650 gems to buy energy to farm them out

Thanks for the video. I saw you had 6star Nazana. I got her yesterday as my first epic and she looks like a good defensive support, especially for arena & spider. Is it worthy to invest into her? After my first 6star farmer, of course, atm got 5star Kael, but might fuse and go for Relickeeper, as he sounds better.
yeah she was one of my first 6 stars purely for spider. I only had 1 aoe attacker at that point, I didn't even have any rare aoe attackers like bellower.
But her damage is way too low to oneshot the spiderlings, I feel, no? I also got maneater and he seems better for the arena with the 2 round unkillable buff. I lack a good all-AOE champ as well, but I've been playing for a week... could imagine Relickeeper oneshotting all the small ones, hmm. Did level 4 with Kael, Warmaiden and some AoE ability guys, but meh, just trying to work on heroes that can be good in multiple areas.

I have already restarted my account once and everytime I watch your videos I want to restart it again the resources and energy used in the wrong places plus all the silver used to take off old gear and upgrade new ones if I do restart I might pick kale as my first Champion I've always been picking Galic

I sacrificed the the epic orc woman with Crack armor skill cause I thought she was trash then got her back after I realized she's one of the best and went straight to leveling up to rank 6

Should I progress the campaign even if my champs are at max level (not the max rank though, my highest is 4 star at lvl 40), or should I level up my food materials to upgrade my primary hero first? same i played maybe 5 years ago my last mobile game and i thought... nah dont wanna waste my charge and now just 4 fun start playing raid and i'm addicted xD
So like using 5 start common and uncommon gear is a viable strategy? I'm continuosly farming 12-6 for XP and Silver also because I supposed that gear outside dungeons is not worth it...

I have 3 rare champions that have been raked up to 4 stars and full ascendace but I have so much artifacts and I don't know what to do with it
Ok so I have built up 5 champions to #50 with gear and all the stuff, should I use those champions to get one champion to 60 even though I will lose everything I’ve spent on them.
Is it ok to atleast make them a team 4* before going 6* for the first hero?

Galek (my Fav )
Shaman
Jizoh
Warpriest
Erinyes
I spent most of my resources on galek and he seems to be my best Champ in terms of damage/survivability.
Should I go with him?
EDIT: After checking out a spreadsheet with all Heroes and their Tiers. It seems like I need to keep Galek or Zargala. But not yet sure which of those would be better.

Don't actually scrap those champions, you want to just focus on one, probably Zargala... and then farm up food to make 5 star food champs.
I actually kept zargala and Galek.. Scrapped the others😂😂
Zargala is my LvL 60 Champ now and I put everything in here. (She is a beast) 😎
Got Lucky and got Gorgorab, Apothecary, Nazana, Royal Guard and few others ~S tier... I do exactly what you suggested to farm food.

I made a lot of these mistakes as well. Also too many attempts at upgrading artifacts with silver.
What should you upgrade artifacts with then?
What would you use to upgrade your artifacts then?
Of course I would use silver. What I mean is that after too many failed attempts, I kept trying to upgrade the artifacts instead of taking a break and trying later.
I have a 5 star purple kale because I mainly focused on him and I’m only lvl 24
is kael a good first 6 star? I have Kael 5*, Elhain 5*, Galek 5*, Spirthost 5*, Thenasil 5*, High Katun5* and Shatterbones 4*

i cant get past the campaign felwins gate stage 3 with three stars because my Kael keeps dying and my support hero always survives. they’re both max level and kael has max ascending lvl and good skills
I know what you mean by working with what you got. But it's best to keep tomes armor etc aside for a good one I've wasted so much energy and armor on weak champions just to actually get a decent one then you can't ascend upgrade or anything. I see people level up uncommon Champs to rank 6 and I'm like, oh hell no.. why
Here’s a question related to the first tip: who should I six star first: Galek (maxed 5 Star) or Jizoh (Lvl 50 with lvl 2 ascension)
I would go with Galek if you don’t have a strong farmer yet
Adam Sutton once your Galek is powerful enough he will be able to farm enough to improve your jizoh

I've been playin 3months..at lvl 50 ..i made some mistakes i see..not learning anything about gamd beforehand, lol i been usin reviews for tellin if a champ is worth building. Was just told that it isn't real accurate?

Both. You need 1 champ to carry all your other champs through and level up random common/uncommon champs to rankup your carry champ to 60 so just focus playing through the campaign while switching out your champs once they hit max level and so on. I made the mistake at the start when you get the major ammount of energy and didn't rankup champs I just thought I'd rush through the campaign
TL:DR
Do both, rankup one main champ thats good for carry then use it to push through campaign while switching out lower champs to rankup higher.
caveat on point #1. You dont have to build an S-tier campaign farmer first. A starter can 8 second campaign farm with way lower requirements than bellower needs to 6 second campaign farm. Plus the kael is actually useful in other content while the bellower is useless.

I find getting decent gear to be the hardest thing, yet you make it sound like its easy...
I keep seeing people saying get to brutal as fast as possible but I haven’t found anyone telling me how to get to brutal. I made it through normal mode and I am stuck in the middle of hard mode.

I don’t agree w the lvl only 1 champ at a time. I’ve taken 3 to 50 and 2 to 40 for CB and use Kael for lvling up food I’ve maxed his skills out and still use life steal gear and make runs on brutal. It’s going great this way

I made the mistake of having several 5 stars before I had 1 6 star. Then I found out I needed to focus on a farmer so I hunkered down and grinded out a Relic keeper and have poured all my rechargeable resources into getting him 6 stared, geared, and all that jazz. So far I've got him where I can farm 4-3 brutal.

can you please clarify this for me. Your advice was to first concentrate on getting a character to lvl 60. And afterwards your advice was not to do it untill you get the right gear? Your advices both contradict eachother. So which is first?
Get your first 60 first and then focus on gear. While you are working on finding the right gear try to avoid upgrading your temp gear past level 8 otherwise you waste a ton of silver. Finding proper Lifesteal Speed boots and Crit chance gloves can take a while for clan boss battles :P

Open champions on the bottom left on the champ card click on that an info card will open. On the top there's two tabs click the one on right, gives you a suggestion in colored (level) gear. GL

Sooo right Tip Number 5!! I see it in too many videos , streams and read it every day. Actually i'm on the way to get my
first 6 Star Champion...but i don't know who! This decision is very hard, because u have mostly more than enough can-

So in my case.. i have Martyr, yes she is a beast, but not as farmer. Next my Starthero Elhain. She is good, but a good
farmer? Most of the people from the ingamechat says: Naa no way, wait until u get Kael or Athel..
Next i have the Void Fellhound and know of course the amazing video about him. Fast farmer brutal ever and so on..
But u need the perfect gear for him. So the decision is very hard for me.
I own: Alure, Sinesha, Apothecary, Pain Keeper, Jizoh, High Katun and a few more...
But i don't know who it will be...my first farmer.
Sinesha is a good farmer and good at spider den. I would chose her. Elhain is not as good later in the game. I got lucky and Kael droppen for me and he is a solid choice for a farmer and clan boss
I understand completely I 6 starred my Athel first for farming based on how good people said she was. But I'm still running brutal 12-3 in over a minute, not great. I know that I need better gear for her but my current team can't effectively farm anything past stage 11 on any dungeon. I then pulled bellower, skullcrown and other good champions. So I'm a little stuck, I want to build a better farmer, but I'm having trouble getting the get a I need. So I'm not sure what to do right now.

ColdOneNRW she will need good gear to clear 12-3, probably a little easier on 12-6. Try her out and see how she does and equip her with lifesteal gear with lots if att.

My power on my account is I'm 50,000 on my shadow raid legends account level is 38 but I can only make it to certainly level cause my champion are weak
I've been told farming hard actually yields more xp/energy them brutal once you consider that you're only gaining xp on 3/4 champions

GO to the champions section below your screen then on Reviews you got a recommandation. Not necessarely the best but it gives you an idea.
I know about that but was thinking along the lines of more specific gear towards each character ie dragons age

How could you get so many fragments?
Is Brutal 12-3 necessary or is normal 3 viable for grinding if it's where you're at? I was going to try and grind Kael to 5*, put lifeblood on him, would that work? Only started yesterday and stuck on stage 10 right now.
normal 12-3 is ok if that is all you can do, but you don't want to over farm it too much because it is less efficient then brutal in terms of XP/Silver per Energy. once you can move on, try to move on to hard and eventually brutal.
@@SALTx Right. If im f2p is it worth holding on to lvl 5s to upgrade a lvl 6 or is Kael a viable 6*? I saw someone else saw the upgrade from 5 to 6 on him is minor? (I know tip 5 says work with what you get, but it's the conflicting info on Kael that makes me ask).
kael is a fantastic first 6 star, you will not regret taking him to lvl 60.
@@SALTx Oh right. Because there are a couple of £5 packs that would give me Kael lvl 5 (4x chickens) , 4 shards, 500 gems, key, energy etc. Is it worth that little bit of money to get your foot in the door?
@@jayd8091 if you are f2player is better to abandon the game. You can do something much more useful for your life with the time that you spend for nothig here. The quantity of satisfaction is low regarding the huge time that you spend here even if you say will be only 10 minutes. Those 10 will became 25 and you will lose 15 or even hours for nothig. I could do a lot of thing with the my time of "relaxation" in reality you don't need such a recreation time. There are a plenty of healthy ways of recreation. Sorry for my speech. Was just a friendly advise
What exactly makes a champion a campaign farmer?
Good AOE attacks that can kill a entire enemy team, and can survive very long.
good tips but don't you think it's got to stop players from playing especially free-to-play players I think the game designer have to rethink what they're doing even though I'm just like you I learned my lesson well it took me four months and five account to get it right so I still think it's a big mistake for game what if I quit in the early game then do what I lost and next player
2 things no one ever talks about...Synergy and How to actually use the skills. Everything is all focused on Auto.
Tip number 5: I get where you are coming from and what you meant here, but the game does require a mixture of champ specific abilities and bonuses such as counter attack, attack down, and ally protect in order to advance past certain stages. There are more than one one champ to get these from, but you have to get these mechanics to advance

this is a good one, i wish it were organized a little better. the reason I like the google docs one is it is very easy to tell who is good vs who is not in comparison to other champs
