We are honored to be considered to be the power component for the Delorean. Back to the Future is the favorite film for a number of us on the Xantrex Team. Looking forward to more of your builds in the future.
I've seen lots of these videos over the years. You, and your team are the ULTIMATE MASTERS of doing these. Everyone else is sub par. You're lucky to have gotten original parts to copy, because of your relationships with the original BTTF people. Jayman,...
Great work Bob. I can't tell how happy it makes me that you do this. Right now building the Fan Home DeLorean, and plan on Getting the 1:6 Hot Toys Delorean, and putting into a clear coffee table/case. Keep making BTTF dreams come true Bob, you are the man!!
I gotta tell you Bob, You and your crew do amazing work, I watch your videos and the work you do building the time machines are immaculate, outstanding job sir!
Amazing amount of detail! I’ve watched your videos for a good while now and I’m always amazed at the attention to detail you all put to these amazing cars! Living on Dallas I’ve honestly have seen one of your cars on the road and it looked amazing!
It's cool that you are keeping this alive. The first band I was in called Amok Edict Edifice used to practice at the house of Joe Pace the Delorean would occasionally be in there that he built into the back to the future car was a great feeling going to jam and seeing it while playing drums.
@@RobertMoseley He also painted my guitar player's guitar at the time (his son) with the same paint he used for the Ghostbusters car Gibson explorer gothic series.
My favorite part of Bob's builds is the amount of consideration for maintenance and user friendliness, being able to service the car or have it serviced is a really good thing because the only thing worse than having a replica car is being worried about damaging the props or some mechanic break something without a care in the world is a nightmare. Really love the rear hatch design and the overall quality looks great, only thing I would recommend is maybe a some kind of dial for color settings so if the car is parked (like a car show or gathering) you can have the blue (or whatever color the user pleases) look but when driving you can switch it to white to avoid legal issues.
Thanks for the compliments, but I disagree with you about the colors. This is a replica, not a carnival ride. The colors and the props are the way they were on the real car and in the movie. The bands are not blue, or pink, or flashing or some other goofy bullshit, the car is exactly as designed and represented as one would expect to see it as if they were on set in 1984 when they were filming the movie. It's not up for interpretation. It is what it is. We build replicas, not "tributes" of our own design. When I see some goofy "Time Machine" with fucking blinky colored lights on it like a low rider I want to set it on fire. To say I hate it is to say the least.
@@RobertMoseley That's fair enough and completely respect and understand where your coming from. I had to do a bit of research on that after reading your comment and you are correct. Apologies for my lack of proper knowledge prior to my first comment, it's been a few years since I've seen these films so my memory was naturally a bit fuzzy LOL. It's also possible whatever version I saw recently may have been edited also and given the nature of digital distribution these days I wouldn't be surprised (Remember people, back up your physical copies because it may not always be the Mandela effect). Even then you have more experience with the real car so if it's what you say it then Ill go with it. Anyway all Jokes aside I appreciate you for taking the time time to respond to my comment and your builds look top notch as always.

Side note @Video Bob, I saw today a 15k sq ft fallout shelter in Vegas built by an Avon Mogul in the 70’s. This is exactly like the movie blast from the past. Where can I email the link to the video?
Bob I have a few questions, can you upload your own sound effects for the DeLorean? And also do the fog machine and flux bands turn on during a time travel event?
@@RobertMoseley ah, I make sound effects for fan projects and I made a new personal ones, when I do get a delorean. just small things like extending the time travel effect.
years ago.. my now X girlfriend.. I had asked her.. she had never seen Back to the Future, any of them.. along with a host of other films.. perhaps I was dating a girl too young.. anyways.. I told her I envied her haha.. & some of those films she watched but yeah I almost wish I had that men in black device right, make me forget the friggin movies so I can watch them again
a few inaccuracies inside the car, and still cant stand the fact you don't just type with a 24 hour clock and make it output 12, but overall cars keep getting better and better, personally i would hide that electronics display better as it doesn't flow well with the 80's time machine aesthetic, and I'd wire both of those key fob remotes into the futaba radio remote.
When I hit the lotto I'm not calling Lamborghini I'm calling Bob.
exactly what ima do

if I ever hit the lotto, im definitely having you build my time machine! would be a childhood dream come true.
That is a work of art my friend. I’m blown away by the level of detail and craftsmanship on the Delorean. I’d love to afford one! Just beautiful.

Wow. I've never been big on prop cars, but the level of detail on this Delorean impresses me. If I had deeper pockets this would be the one I want.
From Brazil... Fantastic project... Beautiful Delorean time machine... OBRIGADO and OBRIGADO!
Woah… i watch the Back to the Future since i was 3 years old! And now I still watch it. What a great movie, never get tired watching it

Love this one! Great job. I like seeing the evolution of the tech on the props! Awesome!

Nice very nice!
The engine sure doesn't sound like the movie, but those doors just have that iconic sound.
I think they used a Porsche or something for the movie.
Wow, if i only could
Excellent video! Great presentation!.
Only issue is that you got the date wrong. Other than that- 💯
Good video
Cool 😎
So much work to get the details right, but worth it. Someone will be getting a great car.
If I had a lot of money, I’m getting one of these lol
Any 1989 batmobiles?
18:22 thanks god he finally remembered to leave that detail, he always forgot to put that in on his older replicas 😅
You gonna make a video talking about the Vegas crackheads on your property and about you getting a gate? Always look forward to every video Bob!

How did you implement the car door sound?

Since a new rebranded DeLorean all electric I wonder if it can still be bttf modded
Hello Bob, can you tell me something, is it possible to export in Brazil?
Did u ever sell the batmobile?
Remember watching you try to sell one of your time machines to Rick on pawn stars. Is this the same one ?
That was about 30 cars ago.
How many manhours went into building this car??
Hello Bob can you tell me who made the front bra for your Angola? I have the same year.
You should do a giveaway like alot of companies are now doing. Selling merch every dollar spent is a entry
I'm watching older VideoBob videos. Didn't he move everything to Vegas? I thought he was gonna be building the cars at his Vegas house?
Yeah, I mentioned that in the video.
They these planes that go back and fourth every hour for like, $100. It's easy.
@@RobertMoseley Will you ever be building them in Vegas? Seems like it would be easier with everything under one roof eventually?
Hey Bob this may sound like a stupid question but is it safe to drive in the rain?
Yes absaloty. Hes talked about it in other videos but it is 100% waterproof
I play the lotto and I hope I can have you commissioned to build me one
How much do I need to buy one?
175k
100,000
Does this car simulates the dead battery and recovery when you hit the head on the steering wheel? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I think that's the only thing missing 😂😂😂

Perfect replica.....only 1 gripe though
The front suspension is too high
