Oh my, it is so big! You will definitely get more out of the 3 bed version. One tip is to have a little basket on the kitchen bench here you intend to place bar stools. Keys and all random things can go in it as the bench gathers so much clutter each day. Look forward to the full compound tour!

Nice Apartment, but to be honest 125K is way to high! I mean with this price you can find a small Villa in Riyadh but that of course will be not on the northen side of the city. Anyhow, enjoy it!

I want to shift to Riyadh with family and with my 2year old beagle dog- Cherry. I am bit concerned about my cherry, as I m not able to get anny accurate information so requesting your guidance. Are dogs allowed in this apartment?

Hey! Yes, dogs are allowed. There is a few apartment layouts that come with HUGE terraces so this would be perfect for you if you have a dog 🙂

In Saudi if you got a job contract your employee gonna pay for your apartment 😹 no need to spend your money

@majeda-u7v unless you’re a migrant worker from south Asia or Africa you will be overworked and exploited your accommodations will be like a prison you’ll get paid pennies most likely treated like a second class human etc
White people are so so privileged even in Arabian countries
