FIX: Incase if its not working, one possible fix is to open the gmail account you linked in the same chrome window while sending mail from the webmail. And also set the mail priority to Highest.

it works, but I have the following problem:
I have 1 gmail account and added 2 alternate business email accounts to it, both are sending with the same profile pic, but I want 1 of them to have a different profile pic. Do I have to create a separate gmail account for that one as well or is there a way to edit this ?

The manual setup is only for the profile pictures. The spf, dkim, dmarc, forwarding, and domain redirects are all automated and you can use the automation for free.
Also you can hot unlimited emails instead of paying per inbox per month.

No problem and yes emails can still be sent from your original cPanel account while you are replying from gmail but it requires more technical configuration. I will release a tutorial on that.
