I watched your review of the Super73 ZX on (8/25). So after watching it, I did some follow up research and learned of a dealer a few miles from the house (who knew? right?) Today (8/26) after a test drive, I purchased a Panthro Blue one in stock. Such a great bike around town so far. Thank you for the review, it was much appreciated. I don't live in the USA, and live in Canada (Oakville, Ontario) and it was great that they were so close by (under 5 miles). The staff at Vintage Iron Cycles in Burlington, Ontario were great, and I had the new bike within the hour. BTW, a Super73 ZX fits in the back of a 2018 Honda Fit no problem. Cheers to you.
I bought the OUXI V8 Max Electric Bike with Dual 48V 15Ah Batteries, 750W Motor 7-Speed, Hydraulic Brakes, front shocks, front and rear fenders and rear rack for $819 + $119 shipping. It has a top speed of 31mph.
I’ve had a ZX since June and it’s the best thing ever. Got mine in Ron burgundy red. I drive it around the beach and wouldn’t trade it for any other bike I’ve seen and by the way I love customizing it and making it unique.
@@faissala4502 I just added hydraulic brakes. Worth every penny. They are silent and perfect. 60 bucks for each wheel. The chain had to be shortened. Kept falling off. I got me some lights too. I might eventually get another battery but really the power is perfect. But it’s the best looking and most comfortable bike around. I see tons of electric bikes where I live in South Bay and I wouldn’t trade mine for any of them. Great customer service from this company I can get someone on the phone right away. I’ve spent a few hundred on it but I’ve had it for a year ajd ridden it 1300 miles. And every time I add stuff to it, it makes it more unique. Get the hydraulic brakes! Cheers!
I have a 2024 Zooz Ultra Urban and I easily hit 35mph at 165lbs. No suspension on that bike either. The Zooz weighs the same as the Super 73 too. After riding it for a while, being able to easily go over 30mph is kind of a big deal. Being limited to 28mph may have been a deal breaker for me with the Super 73. I’m happy with the Zooz.
hey buddy hope your well. I need your opinion. I know these 2 bikes are pretty diff in style but which do you like best, the Super 73 zx of the Zooz 1100? I use to follow you when i use to eskate and i trust your reviews.
I would like to see a comparison between this one and the Aventon Next-Gen Pace 500 in their step over frame version. Currently looking for affordable ebike to commute to work. 15 city miles but i live on the hills of my city so coming back home its going to be hard so i would enjoy that assist of an ebike.
You should try out the Ariel Rider. Really any of them but the X-Class or Grizzly be my first pick. I do agree that styling Super73 is amazing but performance greatly lacks when compared to Ariel Rider. Could Always modify the look of Ariel rider if stock isn't for you. The torque, the rear derailer, tops speed, metal gearbox etc on the Ariel Rider plus customer support
Talon, I enjoyed your evaluation of the Super73 ZX and think it is a great option for an Ebike. I have a Juiced Rip Current S and have had it over two years and have ridden it on multiple terrains in PA and now around CO. I have added upgrades and find it to be an awesome fat tire bike that has been worth the investment! Check one out and see what you think! Thanks for the AWSOME work you do testing out all the cool Stuff and Things you present!!! Retired PA Shop Teacher Mr.T.!!! :{)>
I'm looking at getting a Super 73 (torn between the S2 and ZX), but you say there is no suspension, do you plan on having any installed for the rear? Also considering the cost, why is it sold with no lights, horn, fenders, etc?
How I wish those kind of bikes are also available in our country Philippines because we do not have that kind of ebike that you have like a motor bikish look. Hopefully the super 73 bike will also reach out country
Whats your opinion on this bike and the Zooz 750??? I'm 50yrs old 5'10" and 165lbs. This would be my first e-bike and just started researching my options. But, definitely torn between these two e-bikes. Thanks... 👍
@@TalonSei lol. I just checked up on it. I originally got into your channel for the edc stuff but I recently got into ebikes and got a surron so it's cool to see ur doing the same.
For $2,195 u should get hydrolic disc breaks this comment is nothing against super 73 I feel any e-bike that goes 28mph should have this feature, now not having a head light or break light for that price is unexcusable and done so u have to spend more money on parts that should come standard I absolutely love the look of this model but it's a big jump in price to the next model to get those safety features money money money over safety
🐍 Can't believe you went out and bought another most overpriced underperformer ebike brand out there without trying another brand. Try any Ariel Rider, Juiced Bikes, or Sparks Cycleworks. 🖖🤙
@@TalonSei 🐍There's no doubt S73 nailed the best styles being the first production bike out there. Too bad their greedy Corp leaders never updated those weakass 48v motors & controllers like their price and you have to push them up the smallest hills on that cheap tiny gutless sprocket. 🖖🤙
These are way overpriced for what you get. Single speed, no suspension, mechanical brakes for over $2000...what a joke. These shouldn't be more than $1200 at best with all of the choices out there.
You ain’t going 28 mph on a Spring wind. Try 14mph and maybe 17-18 tops on a 25 mph spring wind gust. Mostly stop and go. Lotta you guys could also lose 25 lbs
$2,400 and no hydraulic brakes, no thanks and they don't appear to have the option to upgrade. That was my biggest complaint I had with the last Two e-bikes I bought. I never knew how much brake I was going to have at any given moment especially when going down hill. They constantly need adjusting, it's too much power for these cheap bicycle brakes. Absolute deal breaker. Otherwise I would pull the trigger and buy one if hydraulic brakes came standard.
Recently seen this model at my local trail and i was really impressed by it. Shreding like no tommorow and hitting a fee water puddles.
Enjoying these - actually in the market for an electric bike and the Super 73 is on the radar.

I’ve always wanted one. This video makes it even more of a draw. Great video!!!
You need to check out the Zooz, either the 750 for its torque or the 1100 for its higher top speed and range and they are light weight.
The seat is very comfortable. I just order the lzrd tires for my zx as well 😊
Que tal tu experiencia? Vale la pena comprarlo ? Estoy entre el Zx y el zugo bike
How is the qualify? Any problems?

Looks way better without the fenders on. Are you picking up a lot of rocks without them on? At higher speeds?
Would definitely like to see a Ariel Rider Grizzly vs Super73 Rx on the channel
You should do Super73 dual vlogs with Ashley
I think the brakes could be bigger coming from a S2. A year’s use and you’ll need new pads
Yo! Always love your videos! Keep it up
I have an S2 and love it. Great vids!
Excellent review and great video. Nice job brother.
Juiced Hyperscrambler please!
I love the dual battery setup and am looking for a 2 up for the wife.
How does the app enable the bike to go faster? I just bought this model and I’m super excited. Great video bro!
I got the RX and I love it
Can you do a test on the Zooz 750? I think they are so sick. BMX style with good torque

how about a Zooz bmx ebike? can you also do a tutorial or give us your thoughts on tire removal/install of the s73 if you havent yet

Solid review man💥🍻👍
I'd love to see you review some mid-drive Utility e-Bikes and compare to the Super 72. I'm thinking Benno or Tern, for starters
Mid drives would kill this thing..this is a city bike
Is there away to mount racks on this for deliveries?
#100 on the road to 1000
Dumb question, but why do you prefer low handlebars?
Super nice mini bike style, when i turn 90 yr old im buying one. 89 now. 😢
I’m waiting for the SpaceX Rocket Bike.
How about the Ariel rider x-class 52 volt next? It has more torque than the Rx but how is the ride? I have a super rx and am thinking of getting it,
Hope you got the AR..S73 are overpriced and their specs are not good compared to AR
very cool

Great review
Why choose the highest point of the bike for the batteries when there's so much space in the lower frame, which would lower the center of gravity
How is the quality of these bikes long term?
Do you have to pedal or you don't

I only own the Zooz 1100 and I prefer it. ua-cam.com/video/HhS6bvHhhbw/v-deo.html
Yo Talon, do you like the ZX better than the Lectric XP lite?
Yes
Forget both of then Ariel Rider X Class all the way.
With mods how fast can it go? I live in Taiwan, so it’s pretty free here!
zx looks way cooler than the pretend motorbike
Hi,what is the name of the app to unlock the offroad mode
ive wanted to get a zx for so long..... maybe i should gust pull the triger
Wow where is this place, looks nice
+1 Zooz but the 1100. Also, what is your height and weight?
I would like to see a comparison between your black surron vs super 73
You need to get the C1X
Preordered it months ago
What is the name of the phone holder
Great video! I'm also from Denver, do you ever go on group rides with other electric bike riders?
I haven’t but I’m down to!
@@TalonSei what's a good platform to message you on?
Email on my website 🤘🏼
Review the zooz bikes please
do they a trike version? cause i dont have much bike balance cause of medical issues
They do not
Get that girl a helmet 🤣 and she's a nurse!
Shout out to the "wrexy sty" at 13:33.
Wow super73 has gone up on price big time. Should of pick one up back when they ware cheaper.
The suspension would be a deal breaker for me unless I could add it later.
I grew up on BMX bikes w no suspension
Agreed. Our Houston inner loop streets will rattle your fillings out on a 20 mph bike.
Nice!
This or zooz??
If u love the super 73... please get a surron and review that
Already have, just search “surron” on my channel 👍🏻
@@TalonSei lol. I just checked up on it. I originally got into your channel for the edc stuff but I recently got into ebikes and got a surron so it's cool to see ur doing the same.
How long did it take to arrive?
Mine took 8 days
This design looks similar to the c3strom astro
Test the P51 Bullet
So…do you ride the Sur-ron much?
Haven’t since the baja Mexico videos. I need to take it out again soon tho
Would have been important the uphill test which most of you just ignore it.!!!
Super 73 is cool Weak but cool Grizzly murders them
