- Today was a lighter day, not much protein or carbs because I was resetting my stomach and preparing my body for an upcoming liquid fast. Not everyday has to be a huge 3 meal day and that is okay! So here's everything I eat in a day as a vegan on a small fast :D

Heyyy, new subscriber here. I saw your video just now and as a person with Chrons that (TMI, SORRY IN ADVANCE) has been experiencing what seems to be little black worms every time I go to the bathroom and wipe, for the last couple of months, that also has an upcoming trip to a country that has a heavily dependant on mean food culture, I found this video quite hopeful and helpful. Of course I'm going to also consult with my personal doctor as well and properly investigate my current situation (😅🥴), as that symptom alone may not be a parasite, but maybe a syptom of Chron's alone (although that's not been my clinical image, not so many little black and white dots and lines on the paper tissue like I'm currently experiencing), but there's no harm to simultaneously implement your meals in my biet, only benefits, it seems. So overall interesting and helpful video. Also keep it up, love your calm energy and your smile is also contagious, girl. Keep living that balanced holistic life as long as it suits you and is doable for you. You seem like a good example of a human. All the best and wish me luck in trying to find thay guaco tea, cause I'm outside of the US. 😅

Hey there! Guaco helps out with so much just like Jamaican cerasee but it’s especially antiviral and antibacterial and works as an overall body detox and immune boost. It’s one of the best herbs you can find in Jamaica but it’s sooooo bitter
