There was quite a lot involved with that accident that made it not so cut-and-dry. The actress who was killed had no driver's license so it was illegal for her to even be driving. Then there was the real problem that started the whole chain reaction, the lady in the Prius who caused the traffic to suddenly slow because she decided she was going to do an illegal u-turn AND her driver's license were currently suspended so she was driving illegally also. Bruce was not able to slow quick enough which yes, was his fault, but if the lady in the Prius hadn't decided to do an illegal u-turn traffic wouldn't have slowed. He was also pulling a trailer with an ATV on it, which made it harder for him to slow. Still his responsibility to maintain enough gap between vehicles but it was also the responsibility of the other 2 drivers to have a driver's license AND not perform an illegal u-turn on top of it. Bruce (Caitlin) had never had a traffic citation in over 50 years of maintaining a valid driver's license. Wayyyyy too much involved in that accident. I'm not being pro Caitlin, pro Kardashian, etc. at all, I'm only stating the facts of an accident that people conveniently leave some of the facts out of so they can bash him/her more.
