Maine bhi khaafi bade, madhyam aur chote companies mai jobs keliye apply kiya hai aaj tak. Respect, kindness, and openness kisiko nahi chahie. They are outdated.
Female HRs khud mazaak udaate hein potential employees ke CV aur Resume review karke. Respect, kindness aur openness gender neutral hai, pro-women nahin.
Jab bhi maine Graduate Engineer Trainee positions keliye apply kiya har baar har abla naari HR ne mujhse yehi poocha ki kitne saal ki relevant work experience hai, kaun kaunse relevant skills hai, education qualifications kya hai, notice period kitni hai, current CTC kitni hai aur haan apne aukaat mai rehkar expected CTC bataado.
Most companies don't want to train Graduate Engineers. Unhe bas seedhe best results chahie.
Owners companies chalaate hein munaafa kamaane. Naaki employees ka bhala karne.
HRs aur company owners ke baare mai itna bhaavuk hone ki koi zaroorat nahi hai.

Tell the interviewer to shut his mouth. How can you reject a person having 5 years of experience and that too with employee of the month award, when experience and awards matter nowadays in the industry. I can' t believe that lady is an HR all imaginations & not reality. If she was an HR she would be busy with her work as not shown in the video. I came across a similar situation here in Goa. An HR named Filu Monteiro at IFB didn't respect me properly and couldn't solve my problems regarding the salary disbursement & allowances provided by the company. She got angry and fired me from the job for no reason with an outpass. This needs to be stopped especially in India. That HR Filu was treating national schemes like NATS as dust, saying that there is no uniform for NATS joinees but for GET's. This needs to be stopped doesn't mean if you're the HR you can play stupid and illiterate tricks you can put other experienced people in trouble.
At my opinion dis kind of interview is perfct 2 implement in d office atmosphere so dat al staffs r treated equaly as human wit respect motto...

Also, after all this, the arrogant tick Sparsh didn't learn anything. They are subtle observations
Case in Points:
1. Sparsh did not apologize to Sneha for his inappropriate behavior and crass remarks. He just fake-apologized with the boss/interviewer to save face. The most Sneha got was a resentful side-eye.
2. His "apology" is also problematic - he says that if he knew Sneha was the HR, he wouldn't have behaved that way. So that means it was okay otherwise?!
Am sure no one speaks like this when they come for interview... Kuch bhi.. Matlab kuch bhi

Actually, he did not. He just fake apologized in vain to save face. He didn't even apologize to Sneha after that. Also did you notice when he said that he wouldn't have made those remarks had he known she was the HR- basically implying it was okay otherwise!

It seems totally fake no body talk like that i also had given many interviews. No body bother even who had came or not...
Always help others when they are in distress but do not under estimate anyone
