    This was one of the best videos that had so much meaning in it for me. I was let go in a company that I had work for for 30 years and it turned out to be the worst decision that the company could’ve made. But I moved on and I’m happy. Very very very good video Nijo. What is the name of the lady who had the lead role? She’s very good very versatile.

    Even SBI apprentice is a temporary job but it was declared at the first instance that there is hardly any chance of the job lasting more than 1 year. So no employee is being cheated 🌟

      But it is known already that it is temporary,whereas this is looking like they were false promised to be permanent workers

    I have faced similar situation wherein I was hired to impress investors. Also the management used me leading HR as a tool to remove employees whenever they required to adjust profits. Because of this I fell seriously sick after working here and resigned. During my sickness they didn't even give me money from the health insurance. The management decide if it's a 'genuine' case as they pay the premium. Disgusting family owned company.

    Nice vedio. From the bottom of my heart ❤ I felt very pain and angry seeing such owner or employer of the company, who hires employees for their selfish and greed for funds and latter fires or terminate employees by taking decisions saying no more needed now.
    In today's world, employer use various ways and tactics to fire employees from office. This creates mental pressures among employees and damages the normal life of common employees.
    One must take proper decision to hiring no of employees required to run the company and support employees and help in difficult times and must work like a team leaders together for progress of company for good deeds and should not be bossy ,money minded, illtreat . MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES DON'T LIKE SUCH BOSS ATTITUDE EMPLOYER AND One day run away or resign it.👍 All the best NIJO JI keep posting nice motivational vedios.

    This is the exact story of the company named intent amplify based in pune. The owner Santosh Jagtap appoint employees take their clients and then terminate them without giving their salaries. The company get started in 2019 and doing the same till date. One employee named Aditya Shankar is also involved in all this. The whole management includes only these two. This company have also terminated similarly the CEO, directors and managers of the company. And when x employees contact them and warn them about complaining against them if they dont give their salaries then they change their office location.

    Most companies are like that only: hire and fire. No seccurity. Sometimes HR vollects lot of CV to impress management. Sometimes they conduct interviews advertising lot of vacancies hiring no one or hiring one or two. Just waste time of employees and candidates

Right now, your translations into English from Hindi seem to be very, very poor.     I worked in a Mnc courier company i worked for 5 and half years but i was not made permanant including another 10 to 30 employee the manager of t company he introduce his relative direct on payroll.I worked very hard but after 4 years we were shifted to another unit owned by contractor we few protested but payroll staff union leader didnt supported we got good increment us after completing 5 yrs we stopped getting work because the domestic brand was an indian company ( which this mnc has taken over) and that was changed we were not given training for that brand only payroll staff was given i started a lic after i got increment the Mnc management planned earlier to remove us from job which few payroll staff had idea we were kept in darkness after work stopped coming to us the brand in domesticcourier changed .The place where we were working that unit was closed by contractor reason they r not getting any revenue cant pay t rent the payroll staff they got increment there attitude changed whenwe come near t company they ignore us including t union leader .In my home terrible quarrel took place we have to resign due to indifference of permenant staff they were working earning we were on t street so after 2 months we resigned .then the leader and other accussed us for accepting bribe my income went down in coudnt secure good salary job as same as this company my Lic got lapsed i coudnt pay premium in my home my i had no respect 2 yrs after resigning from t company the many permenant staff including t leader was suspended .the managers who were behind this for our removal 2 left t company another was terminated for abusing t staff after 10 yrs that mnc suffered a loss in domestic again more than 10 to 15 staff was removed .i never buy courier from that company

    These things only look gud in vdos..but in realy a COMPANY IS A COMPANY emotions have to be kept aside and majority times the head or boss doesnt tell truth why to terminate,here the boss is so straightforward...Being a bussines man isnt easy..Ik what happens after this vdo..
