    Homi Jehangir Bhabha was a visionary scientist and an inspiring leader who played a crucial role in shaping the scientific landscape of India. On January 24, 1966, Homi was flying to Vienna when his air India flight 101 crashed near Mount Blan in France. Till now, the exact cause of the crash is unknown. all 117, including the crew, died in the crash. There are some controversies and conspiracy theories surrounding his death. Some believe it was not an accident but rather a sabotage by foreign agencies to prevent India from becoming a nuclear power. Bhabha's life and work are a testament to the power of imagination, determination, and hard work. His legacy will continue to inspire scientists and innovators for years to come. In 1974 India conducted its first nuclear weapon test in Pokhran. Today India is one of the largest nuclear powers and continues to explore new atomic technologies for peaceful purposes.
