Ive struggled so much with mental health, Kandy. Im so glad you share so much openly with us. You make my hurdles seem a little bit less intimidating. Please dont let those people who are here simply trying to trigger you, get to you too too much. I know it gets tough but ill always be back to listen to the rants, cry along with you, laugh with you, and so on. If it were not for your videos i feel like id have one less REASON to get up. I love Ya lady!!!
Just want to say that YOU are important. Kandy you have touched lives all over the world. Not everyone will comment but they are there. I'm happy that you are seeing someone and remember the bad days dont out weight the good. Your family and especially your nephews need and love you!
I’m happy for you. You seem really plugged in to things that you need. Taking care of your mental health needs is awesome. Working on your relationship with Roger...you guys are being very mature and thoughtful. It’s nice to see you excited for the future whatever that may be.💜

Fantastic vlog, Kandy! It has left me grinning from ear to ear from seeing all the beach footage and from seeing you smiling while talking about Roger and from so many things...I just love your vlogs SO much! I don't know how you went to the dentist and got a filling and came out looking beautiful with your makeup looking perfect, LOL! You've got to tell me your secret trick because I don't even bother with makeup when going to the dentist anymore because it's always smeared all over my face when they're done with me, hahaha! Your makeup for Mother's Day pics looked super pretty. I started cracking up when you were driving down the road and started talking about the little stickers people put on their back windows of their cars indicating their family members...My daughter is a big fan of the show "The Walking Dead" so she has her family in zombie stickers on the back of her minivan...zombie dad, zombie mom, two zombie boys and two zombie girls...the zombie dog got taken off to make room for the newest zombie girl who was born in April, hahaha! I am never on Facebook so I didn't realize that you have a whole community set up on there until you were talking about it and the mean comment someone left there. That was such a mean thing for her to say...I will never understand people that leave negative and downright mean comments. You mentioned losing subs because of that one video (which I thought was terrible...I can't believe people unsubbed) so I looked at your sub count and congratulations on reaching over 25,000!!! I loved the cute place you stayed at while at the beach. I wish I lived closer to a beach because going to the beach is one of my very favorite things to do! We have to drive about 11 to 13 hours to get to a beach, so we can only do it once a year. Being at the beach makes me so happy that I always cry when we leave because I know it'll be at least another year before we can go back. My depression gets worse every year after leaving the beach and it takes me a couple of weeks to adjust to being back home...after having so much happiness at the beach with my entire family all together, it's a big adjustment for my mind to cope with to give that up. Happy 37th Birthday! I know I've said it in another video but I just wanted to say it again because it was your birthday in this video, hahaha! Having a birthday at the beach is such an awesome present! I'm so happy that you and Roger spent your birthday together and had a blast! As always, I wish you a wonderful day and all the best!!! 😊✌👍
So happy for your Kandy! This was a great vlog. It is so apparant that you have many many people who love and admire you. Not just the subs but from your family, especially those beautiful babies. Always remember that when times get rough or your feeling down.

I love this video! I am so happy you and R are working on things and being real with each other. I see a sparkle in your eye again and I am so proud of you for working on you. It’s hard when you are caretaker personality. I’m the same and always make sure I’m doing everything for everyone else then there is no energy left for me. A friend told me “you can’t give from an empty glass”. Now I try more and being able to see someone who struggles like me is my motivation to take a few minutes for just me where I’m not just Mom or just a wife.
PS....Use the one bite rule with veggies. I tell my kids that it’s ok to not like something, but you need to try one bite to know you don’t like it. 😊

It's sad when people leave your channel etc.. when you admit to depression or suicide I lost many friends from my facebook because of depression they say your too negative and leave makes me think they are the negative ones because they turn their back on someone who is mentally ill it's not our fault we have depression it's not like people ask to be that way.

What always makes my mood better is taking walks. I love the fresh air and exercise but I also use that time to THINK. Just thank God for all my blessings and just be grateful. It’s amazing what that does for me.

So you two do what makes you both happy and maybe this "break" has given you both a new spark ... Yep....intrusive thoughts! It's terrible. I'm thankful I've gotten the right meds that help. Sounds like you're on a good path....i'm so glad. It's not easy but I know you will get there. It gets better I promise!! :)
sfservice75 cbt helps a lot with intrusive thoughts as well
bendietrees yes I agree. I've been seeing a behavioral therapist as well.
Check out Dr. Daniel Amen on utube on ANTS (Automatic Negative Thoughts) this is an amazing way to stop the intrusive bullying thoughts!
