Thanks for the lesson. All those times when we headed down to the beach only to find that the waves are 'tiny' only to hear you say it's pumping. No wave is too small for you...even Orient.
It's easier to do couple turns on a 2-3 foot wave. But it's taking effort to do the same on a 1 foot wave. For sure, especially you are more than 180lbs.😂😂😂.
@@aaronvu6292 Yes that is true. A heavier person on a smaller wave will struggle to ride the wave. But a good surfboard with the right shape and amount of volume will help heaps!
Man, something about your videos really clicks for me. Fantastic! Thanks 🙏🤙🏼🏄🏼♂️
I appreciate that!

Very true brother. No wave is too small! Orient…mmmm 🤔
very good lesson. thanks. it looks really cool. like you are squeezing 100% out of the waves
@@foobar_ thanks glad you liked it. Keep well.
Great explanation dude! Trying to get my first good snaps in and I mostly have small waves where I'm at.
@@jonstnr Glad it was helpful. Good luck and keep on trying those snaps!
Flatter, shorter and wider boards are much better for small waves. They generate speed super easyly.
Yes that’s right 😊🙌
Nice tutorial! Cheers!
Thanks 😊
Nice how much do you weigh?
80kg
@@shannonainsliesurf board volume?
looks so easy but difficult to do in the water somehow even if I watch it 1000 times 😂
Yes it is difficult..but if you keep practicing, especially having 1-3 simple goals to focus on, it helps with progression😊
This small wave is way bigger than my local breaks 😦
Oh really? How small does it get there?
@@shannonainsliesurf like 0.2m-0.3m.
@@ya-luteng5556 oooh that is tiny. I will try make a tutorial on surfing waves that size
@@shannonainsliesurf That’s awesome man! Can’t wait for that! Thanks 😊
@@ya-luteng5556 great. Me too!
