7-Thai Boon Roong Commercial Centre Twin Towers(Cambodia)
Cambodia will have 2 twin towers skyscapers of 500 meters.A new city will be built near them too.This country will have a high speed rail train very soon too.
6-Shenzhen new financial district(China)
3 megatall skyscrapers over 600 meters will be built before 2024.One of them will surpass the Burj Khalifa in Dubai,The current tallest skyscraper in the world.This new district will cost 4 Billions$ to create
5-Yongsan business district in seoul (South Korea):This mega project was cancelled n 2008,but anew version was revived in 2017.A new mega tall skyscraper will be built there.The city will not open before 2025.
4-Bai Da Tou in Shanghai(China)
A new city will be built only minutes away from the shanghai downtown. An entire city will be built there.A new green city too will be built just minutes away from the project too.
This city will be smart.
3-Millenium Village in Jakarta (Indonesia)
This mega project will accommodate 500,000 people.Like other mega projects,a new skyscaper will be built there too.Everythin will be there.
2-city of Pearl in Manila (Philippines)
This mega project will be one of the biggest in the world and will change forever the image of the Phlippines.

and 98% of them are build for 1% wealthy people among population, interesting. Live in Hanoi, I've been seen our skyline rose dramatically in past 5 years and continue to reach new height. Mega buildings like Kaengnam towers, Lottle Center, The Manor etc look impressive as they are modern, developed, that's true, but the problem is most of us just be able to LOOK at them. Most of them are full of Korean, Japanese, Chinese and foreigners and also, built for their own sake. The amazing skyline in cities such as Hanoi, Saigon, Manila, Bangkok with mega projects sometime flirting our eyes and made us forget about the fact that those are still under-averange income cities with a lot of problems, poorly urban-plan, and forget how many poor people live under the shadow of skyscrapers that have nothing to do with them.

This guy don't know there's a lot of people in Asia like to live in a small houses, I can count in my town, there's people who are owned lands, but they still living in a small nests.( it's mean they can sell apart of those lands to get ton of money, It doesn't like America that people are not actually owned their lands and house, in my country, the government will give you and your family the rednote [ if you live long enough on that land, go and pay the government to change the land into your own land and get that rednote] and yes i mean it is your very own land, even if the government want to take that land back to build the hospital, school,etc. They have to pay for it.)

In the philippines is now on NEW CLARK CITY UNDER OF PRESIDENT DUTERTE'S ADMINISTRATION and the city was under construction. the starting date of the construction was 2017 and has a mixed smartest city and DISASTER RESSILIENT CITY.

More update about The Empire tower they announced that it will be 100-120 floor tall but not yet said about the height but probably about 520-600 meter . They allready start construction on other tower , soon next year will build the Empire tower

One of the biggest mega project in republic of Korea is Songdo international city. It is still processing. Actually Songdo project was also included a 700metre mega tall twin tower, and so called Eight city, which costs astonishing 300billion dollers. But theyve cancelled for somehow reason, or maybe because of the financial issue, i guess.
Ive never known that Yongsan project is back on track, but im sure it wont be easy to keep holding the procession, cuz they cant ignore the conflict between the local residents in there. Hope that all things will go safe and sound. Nice video bruv. 굳굳 따봉누르고 갑니다.
이태빈 The 800 meter tower in songdo was called the 인천타워. The Eight City that you are talking about is a project that was planned in 용의경제자유지역(무의레저지구) in 영종도. It was a plan to biild a multi resort complex on the ocean. But it was canceled since it would cost aleast 3 quadrillion won.
The area is currently being developed seperately by individual cooperations. Same for the 용산국제업무지구 project.

The biggest project in the Philippines is *(New Clark City)...* which has a down-town area that covers over 9,000 hectares, plus the surrounding Suburbs which covers a total area of over 30,000 hectares.

I think that the Manila Bay City of Pearl, would've been first if you saw the eco-friendly resort as well. You took a clip from a different video and if you saw another video, you'll see what I mean.
Forest city at johor baru south tip of asia already started but beacause civid 19 it halterd now 'turn to be ghost city at the time being'
4. Ba Dai Tou is not a city, it's a redevelopment project in Shanghai, the closest equivalent of the project would be Hudson Yards project in Manhattan. The design is not finally & partially conflict with local government's master plan, thus will take a long time on negotiation before anything real happens.
