The trail is awesome. Just be prepared for almost 40KM man-less section from Pugmo Village to Toijum Barrack (check my tracker for exact info), Kagmara pass, 5100m pass lies there. If you have a similar experience and traveling light you can cross it in one day, otherwise be equipped with tent and food for 2 day. After Toijum, the route is easy and nice. Gothi chour, Jumla bazar and Dafe lekh.. very beautiful. Also after bhulbule barrack choose the jungle trail instead of following the road, amazing view of Rara.
You are a brave traveler. Please use gimbals or digital stabilizers to make your awesome footage even more appealing. Dedicated external microphone would do better justice to these videos. You are a born traveler bro. I appreciate and envy you.

The rough outline is, you will have to reach Dunai (fly to Juphal or by Bus and trek) and then you can follow my trail basically : whereis.bidaribishnu.com.np/?m=80&z=13 If you follow my trail after Phoksundo to Kagmara, you will have to stay one night on camp unless you are a bit quick. 35km+ section there have no homes

Yes, it took 8 days on my pace(avg 20km/day) with my backpack of 18kg+(with camping gears). It also includes halfday rest at Jumla and it was midday when I reached Rara. It can be done faster with a light backpack but while planing, please consider there is one 5100m+ pass and no village/hotels close to that pass. Have a great trek.
I think Phoksundo on winter would be bit tough as the villages normally shifts to lowlands. But if you are determined, plan with snow gears and campings and do bit extensive research. If you are planning Kagmara pass too, it's bit tougher because of the altitude (5100m) and the jumla side is sloppy. If you are plan on chaitra, Baishak, it would be best I think.

Besides, you can easily find shelters at local villages. Normally they charge you from 200-300 per meal and mostly free bed.
