- 4th video on Nepal trip series and final part of Muktinath to Shey Phoksundo Trekking Vlog.
After reaching Muktinath by crossing Throngla pass at Manang district, I started walking towards Shey Phoksundo lake, passing through Dunai, district headquater of Dolpa district. It is the deepest lake in Nepal located at 3600m altitude.
In this section, I reached one of the remotest places on the North-Western hills of Nepal. No road, no electricity, and no cellular coverage either. The life was so primitive and survival was the first priority.
This video contains the footage/narration of this trekking experience.
