i actually love it how it is. it's that new sound they want to do and u can still feel that oldskool Proach soul. but i would appreciate more guitar in alb too :)

well, they have the right to try new things that they believe in and I actually love the new music. It’s full of positivity and it shows he is happy and in a great place in his life right now. It shows he is feeling happy in his personal life and wants to spread that feeling with everyone. I know they can’t make everyone happy and a few people won’t agree with the new album but I know more people will love it 😃and I can’t wait for the July concert in Houston to listen to the new music live 🤟
ViciousMurderess I’ve tried telling people that Jacoby has been living a sober life for quite some time and with such a drastic lifestyle change such as his, comes evolution and new creativity! Love ALL of Papa Roaches music. Not everyone is going to jump on board with their new and refreshing sound. I dig it. Seeing them live in Dallas in July as well! Can’t fucking wait! They know how to put on a great motherfucking show

I even hear some Michael Jackson vibes there, Shame it says the same thing over and over in the second half, the rock sound I kinda liked comes till the end but by then I changed the song due to sooo much repetition. Concerning the change of sound for those that have listened for a long time; I can only assume that when a group of artists pull from a place of pain, loss and trauma to create beautiful art, the goal is eventually to be in a healthy state of mind and above all, happy with yourself because of the art you produced and re-lived over and over. A definite form of therapy. The maturity of your audience, that once connected with you in some way of sharing the same emotions / life experiences / trauma, would hopefully have matured with you. Sometimes we just stop connecting as fans and artists, because we just aren't on the same "plane" anymore in life. It is beautiful though, when both artist and fan can still ride the wave together, helping the new generation, find their way as well with the help of music, much like we hopefully did.
