10 years later this is still a masterpiece
YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!
I agree 💯
Yep
The saddest thing is that the most underrated bands do the best music.
Well the lesser known ones have to actually try to make their music good
This band isnt underrated
@Jordan Fink no, im saying that a lot of people already know this band, this band is rlly well know
@Jordan Fink tho im listening for nostalgia too
In my opinionThis is one of the best bands I know
to all those who are listening to this for the first time or are still listening to this music...your taste in music is flawless.
have a nice day.
listening to this for the first time
i have missed out. _a lot._
Am i the only one who listen to this song while driving my motorcycle?
I thought i was the only one 😅
I m listening to them from the last 3 years and all the songs they have made r just outstanding 🔥
Amen brother
This has been the intro of one of the best narratives arcs of our D&D campaign.
Six real life months, climbing the damn highest mountain of the world, only to find the saddest of the truths.
Each time that I hear this song, I remember the snow, the pain and all the difficulties that only our characters really lived.
"We walk, where no one wants to go, on this untraveled road."
Wow. That sounds interesting. Can you tell a bit more about this campaign?(I am a DM searching for inspiration)
@@user-eg8wo7lj6d It's a 6 years campaign, a little too long to describe in a comment.
Anyway, the Dragon God, one of the creators of the world and patron of magic, exiled himself on the tallest mountain of the region. The top half of the mountain itself is made of the bones of thousands of dead dragons that have been massacred ages ago.
We climbed the mountain to seek the truth about the creation of the world.
@@HornetAirsoft That's interesting.
@@HornetAirsoftlate, but that's badass
I only just discovered this song and this band today. I honestly can't stop listening to this song.
Darkstar263 this singer used to be teh lead singer of linkin park, check out some of linkin parks old songs. Another group that sounds like this is fort minor, yes its this singer in that band.
CharliePetersonTv Now that you mention it, that voice does sound familiar now. I'm a fan of Linkin Park too. I can't believe I didn't notice it before.
He wasn't the lead singer of Linkin Park...
The Fort Minor guy is named Mike. This is Trevor
Yeah CharliePetersonTv is wrong, Thousand Foot Krutch has neen my favourite band for years. The singers name is Trevor McNevan, I've met him, he's pretty awesome.
Anyone here 2023?
Me 🙋♂️
Yea
Yup
I'm here 🙋🏻
Oh yeah
We need classic rock. The world needs it. To know true music and not just people mumbling and cursing. This has effort. I love this. Rock forever
Indeed, this is real music with passion!
And this road would be the narrow road which leads to life! Born Again, Children of God
"light shines brighter in the Dark" you guys are awesome, keep rock'n and glory to God. amen
yea
When we scream. Our lips don't make a sound
Who the hell is interested in God, we make glory for satan
being a christian with a newly found faith after years in the dark, i am proud to say i love this song.
Most people dont know that this band actually existed before Linkin Park
Well I didn´t know until today that some of my friends made a comment that this guy could be the new LP singer, so I came to know about this guy, Im surprised this band is good, some songs like this one sounds a lot like linkin park , for seconds I thought it was a song by LP... I am LP fan since 2000 HB album.
Wow I'm surprised ty
This band was formed before Linkin Park, but they didn't make any songs until 2003.
chester.... damn dude.. you should have listened to those who loved you and respected your like all of your fans here... sad ending for real...
@@Zyprus he died on my birthday :'(
Anyone here in 2024

Dude yes!!! Roseverse Dark
One of the best TFK songs I've ever heard. The knowledge that just one voice, one life, can be used by God to stir up sleeping giants and make whole nations stand up for the Lord, is incredible and inspiring. Plus, I love the chorus as well: "When we scream, our lips don't make a sound; we walk, with feet on solid ground; we walk where no-one wants to go, on this untraveled road." How true and awesome.
Can I just enjoy the music and not have to reconsider the music I like because it’s technically Christian rock?
@@derbyjr well sure.
@@derbyjr All you have to do is ignore the comment, Christian rock is gonna attract Christians, you should have seen this coming
@@derbyjr well i mean a really good song can mean many thing this guy is just pointing to god you could choose to ignore it and go with your own way of thinking the song
@@derbyjr Why should you have to reconsider it just because it's Christian?
Anyone here 2024?
Great song! My favorite TFK songs in order:
3. Untraveled Road
2. War of Change
1. Push
I forgot courtesy call
Courtesy call end is were we begin war of change
Fly on the wall.
Mine is be somebody
"take it out on me" and "i see red" also pretty good
This has a very E for Extinction chorus. I like that. And I love this song.
Dude I was thinking the same thing I just couldn't think of the song at the moment it does sound like that song but I really like this song :)
JamiePanhead Yeah it's awesome!
Speaking of which; am I the only one who is confused by the title of that song? I mean, "E for Extinction" was never actually in the lyrics. Still love it, though!
Noah R I think it has a very deep meaning. One of which I'm not gonna go into detail explaining because I would probably butcher it. But if you keep the tittle in mind while listening to the lyrics, it can make sense.
Jxudo how I don't get it ?
This band is just amazing, I love them so much ! Their voices, wonderful !
I was lucky enough to catch these guys live at their Grand Rapids Winter Jam spot, and they're honestly one of the best live bands I've seen. Major props to Trevor for the asbolute energy.
"Untraveled Road" lyrics
Hold on for a second, if words can be weapons
Then what I say can effect it, they're not just words on a record
And I can choose to respect it, or choose to infect it
But once it hits the water, it's too late to be selective
'Cause one voice is enough to make sleeping giants wake up
To make armies put their hands up and watch whole nations stand up
It's one belief, one spark, one faith and one restart
And we can reboot the whole chart before it all falls apart
So stand up, shout it out, and put 'em in the air if you like it loud
We only got one shot, so let's make it count, it's a take down, nobody can stop us now
Stand up, shout it out, sing it loud, so the world can't drown us out
And before we depart, let's leave a mark 'cause light shines brighter in the dark
When we scream, our lips don't make a sound
We march, with feet on solid ground
We walk, where no one wants to go, on this untraveled road
So hold on for a moment, if we're not scared of opponents
Then with what we have we can own it, we'll just plant the seed and keep growin' it
And when that light shines in the mornin', they'll still be waken' up yawning
But we'll be smilin' like we expected, with sweet victory one method
'Cause one voice is enough to make sleeping giants wake up
To make armies put their hands up and watch whole nations stand up
It's one belief, one spark, one faith and one restart
And we can reboot the whole chart before it all falls apart
So stand up, shout it out, and put 'em in the air if you like it loud
We only got one shot, so let's make it count, it's a take down, nobody can stop us now
Stand up, shout it out, sing it loud, so the world can't drown us out
Before we depart, let's leave a mark 'cause light shines brighter in the dark
When we scream, our lips don't make a sound
We march, with feet on solid ground
We walk, where no one wants to go, on this untraveled road
When we scream, our lips don't make a sound

We walk, where no one wants to go, on this untraveled road

Bought your guys cd, the end is where we begin, 3 years ago, been listening, finally heard it for the first time this past week, WOW! Keep planting those seeds brothers. Feel like everything yall make is another anthem for me now. SOLDIERS!!!
I remember when I first heard this band it was when I was in the hospital for 2 months from a brain surgery to remove a cyst so I would like to thank you thousand foot krutch for making me feel happy.
Its been 5 Yrs. Since this Song was Released i still get hyped👌
Damn, these guys became huge real fast! I discovered them in 2012 through an AMV, and they were one of the first bands I started listening to. At the time War Of Change barely had any views, now it has like 6M views! Glad to see these guys going big!
they did not get big fast. They worked their way up. they have been around since 95.
Travis Hipsley I know, but compared to 2012 they gained loads of popularity
+Travis Hipsley Definitely after 2010 is when their popularity grew.
Maybe a one piece strong World amv
I found a Pokémon AMV and now I love this band
First time listening to this song today on the radio before school and I am addicted to it already. Crazy meaning to this song.
From the first time I heard this song, I have not stopped listening to the songs of this great band. Thousand Foot Krutch is the best !!!
I remember listening to this song for the first time 3 years ago and thinking "wow, THIS is real music." Still listening to it 😊
This song is amazing. I can't stop listening to it. By far the best TFK song ever!
Thousand Foot Krutch has songs just like this that hit the nail on the head for many moments in life...
This is what we need right now.
Who's here on 2024!
Me let's go 🔥🔥🔥
Just heard this on SXM Octane while driving home from work, man this is a damn good song guys! Now I will check out the rest of your songs.
This music never gets old.
This is my anthem. Every time when I'm tired and my body is failling me - this song will always remember me that I will never surrender no matter what or who. I'm slav, I'm pole and my blood or soul have no bounds.
I loved watching this song live yesterday!!! They are an amazing band live

I simply love this TFK song! It feels powerful and nostalgic at the same time.💖⚡
Когда тяжело на душе, стоит врубить любой трек TFK - настроение поднимется на все 💯
Bless these band! This is an awesome song on an album that seems to range from Pop Rock and ballads all the way to Hard Rock. Untraveled Road and In My Room are amazing! Absolutely awesome music and truth in lyrics! Keep up the good fight brothers!
9 years latter and still hits hard
Согласен с вами на все 1000%
Salute for drummer, salute for vocalist, salute for guitarist. This band should be on top.
The bass is important in a car with this song, MEMORIES ❣️
Guys who say they are copying Linkin Park. Two things.
1. Thousand Foot Krutch came first. They've been doing rap-rock longer. They're just not as mainstream as LP, so it makes you THINK that they are the copying. But they are allowed to have similar Rap-Rock styles. Seriously don't be a child.
2. Linkin Park has been using a lot of studio electronic sound in their last few albums, where TFK has not. Linkin Park has a lot more screaming in their songs, and less meaningful lyrics. In my personal opinion TFK has been getting better and LP has been getting worse with each album. If anything Linkin Park is just having a hard time being extremely popular and still being who they are. Even some of TFK's more generic stuff in The Flame album is still extremely meaningful and unique compared to LP's stuff lately.
The End is where we begin was jaw-dropping, and I love both OXY:IN's songs so far. Hunting Party? I listened to half the album and haven't really liked a single song to want to keep going.
Amen
I respect that you don't like the new singles. But remember that TFK has always been mixing all sorts of sounds in their albums.
They have always had a couple 'simple' songs in each album to appeal to the mainstream a little bit. So I predict that these two songs released so far are those type of songs. (Which I do still like, just not as much as the other stuff on the album. Example being that Let the sparks fly is a good song, was one of the TEIWWB singles, but it's not nearly as deep and good as Fly on the Wall or Be somebody.) They probably just felt like these songs needed to come on first to appeal to new listeners, and the sound you love from TFK is just in the parts of the album.
But I do agree with everything else in your comment. Old LP was better then Old TFK, but newer TFK is much better then New LP. Also I'll be checking out Love and Death now, since we do seem to have similar tastes.
Turns out that Love and Death is played decently often on the radio station I listen to, and I knew them, just without actually knowing them. Yeah I'll check them out if I see a show of theirs coming around.
I like TFK, but I've gotta say they done even come close to LP IMO.
Bottle Boys tell me one song off LP's last two albums that are better then everything on TFK's last two albums (The end is where we begin/Welcome to the Masquerade) Good luck because E for Extinction, War of Change ,and Scream are fucking amazing and LP has not impressed me at all lately.
I remember when I first heard the intro to this song, with the lightly distorted guitar and the claps, shivers ran down my spine, I thought to myself, "This is about to be a freaking amazing song..." I was right...
I consider this alternative rock. I love this sound. It brings back the 90s and 00's
5 years feels just like yesterday... I remember waiting for the release of this album
All these people hating on OXYGEN:INHALE but they forget that it's supposed to be soft, cause OXYGEN:EXHALE is gonna be super hardcore.
Both are great
I just dont like inhales lyrics exept for untraveled road and born this way, and i dont like them as much as my other favorite songs, just me tho
Or maybe its the beat i dont like and not the lyrics, or both, idk to be honest, theres just something off
2024 anyone?!

I gave up on TFK a while ago but this song just got me back into their music instantly '-'
This song is amazing
I'd love to go to their concert! Please go on tour. I'd love to hear you playing this awesome music live!
AWESOME WITH HEADPHONES!!! MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CAN TAKE ON THE WORLD!!!!!
Those of you that view TFK as a band that simply makes music may not agree with me here, but here are my thoughts on this new sound.
Thousand Foot Krutch is the proof that a band is not their music, but their purpose. I have followed literally all their albums, and each one brings in a new piece of who they are. Not a distant band, but a group of guys who strives to spread their flame and love for their Lord to all they interact with. TFK has never stuck to one genre of music, and I don't blame them, because heart has no single genre.
That being said, while Welcome to the Masquerade is my favorite album Musically, I think this album will be my favorite Lyrically.
Well said
that bass though... love it
Who still here 2024!?🤟🏻😌
Me LoL 😆
