50 gm oil
Ajinomoto : 2 spoons (optional)
Salt : one and half spoons
Food Color (little)
Cook everything for 10-15 minutes

if he has cook tomatoes then he has to first fry tomatoes then ginger garlic then red chilies and finally coriander stalks. normaly the tomatoes and red chilies r boiled, tomato skin is removed and ground with salt. can add vinegar and onion piece. in authentic momos chutney no tomatoes are used. only chilies r used
