Correction, Shazam was the name of the Wizard. The name of the superhero is called "Captain Marvel" and has been since 1940, in Whiz comics.
While that is true, I'm pretty sure they renamed Captain Marvel as Shazam, do to legal reasons. All the stuff behind the scenes was a mess.

This is an impressive list, but for one glaring omission: Cheetah. Barbara Minerva is an alluring figure in the DC Comics Universe with feral intensity and feminine wiles. To put her in the list, I would substitute Cheetah for Knockout. Then and only then,would this list be complete.

There is a difference between being attractive and being designed to be attractive. The fact that Starfire learns through kissing, absorbs energy through her skin, and is a model as her everyday career necessitates more consideration of her attractiveness than this list gave her.

Great list but one thing is wrong: Hawkgirl is not a “gender swap” as that usually refers to a character that is the same character as an established one with opposite gender. Hawk Girl is the female counterpart to Hawkman and was in fact created at the same time.

It was eerie, yet awesome that the actress that played Selina Kyle in Gotham (Camren Bicondova) looked like a clone of Michelle Pfeiffer. She was amazing as a pre-Catwoman Selina. That show never got the love it deserved, or so it seemed to me. It was also notable for BD Wong's depiction of Hugo Strange, finding a way to up the creep factor for a character already rather creepy.
