The camera bag I use for the 5 spot laser in the video is for a Sony NEX 5r. I haven't found any links to one but the bag dimensions are roughly 5.5" tall x 6.5" wide x 3.5" deep.

Good review, you made good points that most of these reviewers never think about.
Because alot of these "professionals" don't use any of the tools that they review, they are all Foreman's or project managers who can spend thousands on tools.

This is exactly what I was looking for. well, 20v vs 12 but more so the differences between the lasers! I cant beleive dewalt doesnt go in depth on their site!

Either. Just depends on your preference/needs. I use the 5 spot cross line to remodel houses.
Im wanting to get one of these im an iron worker we hand clips in large areas and weld them on for beams and plumb column's in large areas which would be better in your opinion
Not sure really. I think the 5 spot cross line combo is more versatile. The spots are visible outdoors at distances where lines require a detector. I would try the combo first. If you decide you need more lines and no spots you can return it for the 360.
For hanging the occasional painting and using it for wood working projects/landscaping with the meter marker, you would recommend the 5 spot, correct ?

Is this accurate in a room that is 12'x18'? Yes, I'm a weekend Home Depot goer. Lol I'll be renting it to do a quick paint job versus taping since I'm 5 foot nothing and my ceilings are 9' tall.
The accuracy of the unit you're renting will be listed in its spec sheet/description.

Do you have any specific way to see the laser in the day , because I use this in the day and is very hard to find it by means to see it specially when is a little far .
Not really. They sell enhancement glasses but I don’t find they do much. Target cards can help. The DeWalt works well for me but there are brighter lasers out there like the Makita combo.
You need a detector which is good for 50 feet away outdoors

I have one and you are lucky to see it at 3 metres outside. A sheet of white paper is best to see the line. I have ordered the detector. I am disappointed at the lack of visibility outdoors. I'm referring to the 360 three way.

Which one you recommended for tile floors
The 360 gives you full time 90 degree lines on the floor so it’s more convenient for setting tile.

Cool. Must be part fo Hilti's same day repair warranty. I would call a DeWalt service center and ask them.

Which one is better for laying out wall framing exterior
The spots are more visible outdoors for setting right angles without a detector. I use the combo laser's vertical line to set fence posts. The lines on either of these are visible in sunlight if you look from the top of the post, or stud, down. Just put a hand under your eyes to keep the laser from getting in.

I don't remember but I think the 12V 5 spot is a year newer than the 12V 360, which has been out since at least 2015.

Which one is better for carpenters ?
I use the 5 spot/cross line to hang doors, lineup floors, set tile, cabinets, fence posts, lights, etc. The spots work outdoors, it fits in my tool bag better and I can work the lines without throwing them all over the jobsite. If you need 360 you can spin the combo.

They're both equal. Just depends on your needs. I don't need a 360 and it's not always cool to be throwing laser lines all over the place when you're working with other people.

Bosch gll3-330cg is a much better laser

Nah, it's the same price or cheaper than the DeWalt 360. From what I've seen the Bosch has brighter lines, can be locked on an angle, has an app, and a micro adjust mount. The DeWalt has a higher build quality at IP65 vs. the Bosch at 54.
