So happy for you man! I met my Japanese wife on plenty of fish in 2009 back in Vancouver, Canada and. She was studying there. We ended up living together until her Visa ran out. Then we had a long distance relationships for over 8 years. We are happily married now and I just recently moved here to Japan.

Been married for 28 years to an American country girl with Spanish and Native ancestry. Our relationship has been toxic for a long time but it is indeed symbiotic and I do love and care about her. I work with dozens of American women and I’m glad I’m married to none of them.
I will probably pass long before her, but if the worst was ever to happen, I would definitely date a Filipina, Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean girl. They tend to be so good, sweet, and supportive and take great care of their husbands.

I am a Filipina happily married for 21 years with an Englishman. When people ask whats our secret, I say, Love God FIRST, then your spouse is 2nd. Spouse is priority over all the others like children, parents, siblings or whoever. Your relationship with your spouse MUST not be manipulated by family members. Afterall, marriage is SACRED snd God designed it to be FOR LIFE but humanity changed it. For those who dont believe in God, I find they are never happy and will divorce over and over again. God is important in our lives for accountability. Then, Love your spouse imperfections FIRST coz the good stuffs are given. Be QUICKLY FORGIVING no matter what the argument. I remember when I flew into Manila for the first time to meet my filipina girlfriend for the first time. I was so nervous. I had never been outside the u.s.a. before. It was an amazing experience. She waited at the airport for 2 hours before I arrived to make sure that I would not be alone if my flight arrived early.

I did this back in April with my Filipina sweetheart after 14 months of LDR (due to the pandemic). I was both excited and nervous as I went through the terminal, and when I went out I couldn't see her initially, but than she saw me and it was the most profound and beautiful experience ever, like being in a dream. We spent 17 days together touring around Cebu and El Nido. I proposed to her, and I'm now waiting for her visa to come here to Australia for 3 months at a time, until we can sort out a spouse visa. Its not an easy process/journey, and I dare say, leaving her at the airport was the hardest thing I had to experience ever, but the patience is more than worth it, especially when you know you have found "the one." Keep going there, as surely, the best is yet to come!
