This was my first time making shrimp scampi and it turned out amazing. The whole family scarfed it down. I used 2 of the McCormick Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi seasoning packets with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup butter and 2 lbs shrimp. But I swear the homemade pasta is what made it SO good!
