Please, do go on, @flashman92 The way you make your videos are great for begginers such as myself. The strongest difference between your videos and others are that you explain the *thought process* behind your plays, as well as building the chain while commenting it without skipping parts.
Decmeber 2019 hype for Part 4: Transitioning, anyone? Anyway, I know this is the point that learning ends up becoming different for everyone (me and a friend of mine learned Sandwich way differently), but for some reason I can't help but feel that 1-0-3 and 3-0-1 deserves a few more minutes. Being able to switch between 2-1-1 and 1-1-2, as well as 3-0-1 into 1-0-3 has really helped me a lot in completing the sandwich. Though I think it's kind of brutal to be really teaching that in a video, since the decision whether to go for a form-switch or not will depend entirely upon the instinct of the player at this point. For example, I'm still practicing sandwiches until now, for around 2 weeks now, but it took me more than a week before I could recognize when I wanted to make a 1-0-3, and how to make it. I guess it's because sandwich just has so many build orders that it's not really useful to be going into detail on it, lest it restricts the creativity and critical thinking of learners, huh.
Short and to the point. I also like how you focus on the moment-to-moment gameplay, where you take a look at the upcoming pieces, give different scenarios as to how you could place them, then show which one you prefer. If you're still working on part 4, keep up the good work.
please come back, the main reason why no other guide is helpful but yours is: they don't explain the thought process with rng factors coming into effect. they don't describe how to set up a chain using those variables. 😭
please don't be that guy who haven't uploaded the second part after 10 years
He's going to be that guy...
