I don't know if you'll ever pick these back up but thank you so much for them, i've searched for other tutorials but yours are by far the best i've picked up, your use of visuals makes understanding so much easier. I managed to make a 5 chain on my first try playing!! I'm so excited to practice and get better :3
@@colliefromouterspace that's so awesome!! I'm glad it's helped. I know I've said this in a few comments already but I'll definitely be picking this back up next year!
Just found these tutorials and they're the best I've seen for beginners like me. Everything is so clearly laid out and explains the "why does this work?" aspect that's missing in most other tutorials. Thanks for these. I hope there's more to come if you feel up to making more :)
Thanks! That's a really good tutorial since you also taught how to be flexible with the technique. Honestly, I think that's the key part that other tutorials forgot to teach.
Glad you found it useful!! I'm trying my best to discuss points that other guides don't touch on, since there's a lot of useful stuff to be learned that people don't tend to pick up.
very helpful i recently got puyopuyo tetris and very new to the puyo series. This was the only videos that i was able to understand chaining in general. I cant wait for the newer vidoes about other techniques.
@@Yoshi100_Aus that's a lot of work..! Don't be pressured to make them all in a certain amount of time, will burn you out! Slow process, and these videos are appreciated by new players :)
Really great tutorials! But being able to chain ahead and flexibly still alludes me. Having a full column 6 (sometimes even 5) of thrown away puyo really holds me back I feel
I know that in other comments you have said that you will continue with these tutorials but you have said that on a comment from 2 years ago and one from not long ago so I'm just curious, when do you think the tutorial "transitioning on the next floor" will come out - no pressure, was just wondering. If you're a bit busy in real life that's fine. Take as much time as you need. I just wanted an update on this because I have been relying on the puyo nexus wiki to advance in puyo and sure I can make 9 or 10 chains using GTR, but these first 3 videos really let me understand FULLY on these forms or methods work because in my chains I keep getting cuts so I was really desperate for another one of these videos to come out.
@@anuppranlal Hey! Appreciate the interest a ton. I've actually been away from home for the past 2 years which is why production of basically any videos on this video stopped entirely! I'm returning home at the end of this year and will have tons of time once I'm back, so you can expect things to start rolling out again early next year!
@Yoshi100_Aus awesomeness, I'm hyped. I've been playing puyo since I was introduced to it and mean bean machine but I've been getting into it more since puyo Tetris 2 went on sale 😁

Not even 2 minutes in and you've already teased a discussion on Stairs' height leniency
This is gonna be good

Looking forward to seeing more of this series! I could definitely use some puyo tutorials since I feel like I've been struggling to improve lately.
Thank you for the support!! Hope it helps ^^
EXCELLENT tutorials. thank you very much. i just got into puyo like a few days ago and i'm hooked
These videos are just what I had been looking for all week. Talk about good timing. Please make more content like this!!
Glad that the release lined up for you!! I'll make sure to keep up work on the next tutorials~
It's a really good video to learn stairs! Wonder what the next one's gonna be about...
Glad you think so!! All the upcoming parts are described in the planning document in the description :3

I'm glad that they are!
Do you plan on making more?
Yep! They're in the works
@@Yoshi100_Aus Cool! I've been trying to get back into puyo puyo tetris and the three videos you've made in this series have been really helpful.
